Life Lesson Learned!

So, psyllium powder is godawful. It’s slimy hell. But for those who need it for whatever reason, try this:

Drink it in a milk of your choice, with a sweetener of your choice, and chug it if you can. It’ll taste more like the milk in the bottom of a cereal bowl than pond scum. My choice is usually almond milk with a few drops of monkfruit extract. 

I wound up using the three sacred treasures. I mean, I’ll need to do it two more times today in order of effectively fight Hades, and keep it up every day until he’s defeated.
