Metal. So hard to #work with... and just as rewarding. My respect goes to #metalworkers and #metalshapers that are using metals to create things, especially if they do it by hand. This chain was lost, then found and rusted, used to produce natural dye and then cleaned, polished and given a #blackened finish. It will look amazing with black silk and cotton, rust dyed cotton jersey, dusty chiffon and #recycled leather. I chose the abandoned materials because they deserve another chance and purpose. When the material is in a perfect condition it can be recycled manually, which is the most #sustainable material there is.
