I'm doing a Spanish project for my school and I tought about doing a game 1 minute long with vx ace, but then I realized I'll have to play it in my school's computer. The question is, does vx ace have the rtp already included or do I have to download it on the computer? Sorry my bad English, ugh

That depends on whether your game comes with the RTP itself. When you compress your game data, this shows up:
See that “Include RTP Data” checkbox there? If you check that, your game will come with the RTP so you don’t have to install it on the computer you’re playing it on. The downside is that it makes the resulting game file a lot bigger. On the other hand, you can leave the RTP out, but that means your school computer will need to have the RTP installed beforehand. So no, you don’t have to download RTP on the computer, but that’s only if your game already has the RTP included.
