Currently imagining an AU where Sam and Dean find out about Castiel’s arrangement with Crowley in 6x15 when Balthazar sends them to the French Mistake universe and the episode they’re filming isn’t “The French Mistake” - it’s “The Man Who Would Be King.”
For additional drama, I’ve decided that the version of TMWWBK that exists in the French Mistake universe includes a Judas kiss between Dean and Cas. So instead of the “If there’s a key, then there has to be a lock” sequence, we get a scene where meta!Misha and Dean have to keep doing the Judas kiss over and over and over . . .
