Bueno❕ 👍🏻 Hanging out at @PepesCantina recently talking about their upcoming Cinco Dr Mayo activities, my friend Frank, one of the owners, brings up the new Mexican restaurant @Mesa21RealMexican in the Ivanhoe Village. 🌵 Oh, you've already been, I say. ❔ Yes, he says. ✔ How was it? 👌 It was terrific. 👏🏼 He tells me he's already left them an outstanding Yelp review. 💻 High praise for Mexican food from Frank carries extra significance for me, not surprisingly, so as we departed downtown Friday evening, we decided on a stop in the Lake Ivanhoe Village. 🍽 A few observations: 1⃣ Yes, the food is delicious. 2⃣ The space looks terrific. 3⃣The staff makes this place seem like it has been open MUCH longer than one month.  Everyone was so friendly, helpful, anxious to accommodate. 🍺 The owner, Tommy, stopped by our table to check on things, and in addition to our own server, we also interacted with a number of other employees who struck up conversations at one point or another, enthusiastically making recommendations and simply being engaging. 💬 When you're around Lake Ivanhoe, check out the new Mesa 21. 🥑 Muy bueno❕ #ILUVWinterPark #ivanhood #ivanhoevillage #Mesa21 #Mesa21RealMexican #eatlocalorlando #pepescantinawp #iluvlolo #orlando #OrlandoIsWonderful (at Mesa21)
