A personal favorite. Apple promotional email. To their defense, everything is hard to find here, due to the incredibly poor contrast. Hidding it in a sea of menus just adds insult to injury.

At least here it stands out (unlike other, much worse, cases), but is still disguised as a menu item along with many others.
