New Gentleman mood. Per me la giacca è un elemento fondamentale del guardaroba sia maschile che femminile, la base su cui costruire ogni outfit. Oversize o slim, mono o doppiopetto, con revers stretti o più pronunciati, a lancia, spalle strutturate o decostruite, nella giacca ognuno può trovare la sua corretta dimensione ed esprimere la propria personalità. Io, negli anni, ho trovato la mia. Un fit asciutto, spalla accostata al corpo, senza strutture interne, rigorosamente semifoderata, revers ampi, a lancia o a specchio, con impunture a mano ferma ad ammorbidirne le dimensioni, preferibilmente con tasche a toppa, anche nelle occasioni formali, alla faccia delle convenzioni, perché la tasca a toppa aggiunge sempre a mio parere, una morbidezza sartoriale e io sono sempre stato contrario alle regole, l’eleganza è un fatto strettamente personale. Ah, dimenticavo, possibilmente corredata di gilet, anche e soprattutto nell’abito, perché il gilet si può aggiungere o meno, anche sulla base delle situazioni o delle condizioni climatiche, ma è sempre un elemento distintivo. .
