Zoro x reader (reader is female)

Warnings: Mentions of blood, a tiny bit of angst, mostly fluff <3

This fanfic is mostly self indulgent since I get really bad periods. Also it has been a while since I have updated this blog so please enjoy!

When you guys got together he educated himself so he could support you through the woes of your period, so Zoro knows what a period is. (He is a gentleman).

When your period comes he is extremely protective and would get you large amounts of pads/tampons/heating pads and any other item you might need

Zoro mostly leaves you alone when you get emotional, because he does not want to seem overbearing and he thinks it is your choice to come to him or not

But when you are having terrible cramps he will always be there for you

He will cuddle up by your side in bed and give you some of his body warmth. (He is so warm and squishy <333)

When you ask for it he will also soothingly rub circles on your tummy or where it hurts. <3333

He LOVES taking naps and cuddling, so when you take extra naps on your period he will be cuddling tightly you 24/7. (Never letting go cause he is clingy <333)

Zoro will also change the bedsheets for you if blood gets on them. He reassures you and says it's fine. (He loves taking care of you)

He will also make sure that NO ONE will annoy you throughout the day

He will dish out a bunch of stern/angry glares at those who dare to trespass your personal space

If people even dare look at you funny they get one of his swords to their neck.

When you are out and about he carries some pads in his pockets for you <3333

Zoro is basically a loyal guard dog all the time but during your period he will be even more alert

If you are in pain then he will carry you (non-negotiable) and he will also advise you not to overwork yourself if enemies try to attack. Even so, you do not have the chance to take them down because Zoro has already taken care of them.

He is also a man of acts of service; he might not admit it but he loves tending to you whenever you feel sore. Whatever you want Zoro will get.

Zoro will also ask Sanji to make hot chocolate for you because Zoro will likely burn down the kitchen in any attempt of making anything hehe.

Since he has never experienced a period before he might feel like he is inexperienced so he might get SUBTLY flustered or vulnerable. But if you reassure him then he will be fine. :3

Overall a good caretaker and comforter in general. <333
