Agatha. But she makes it seem like she planned it All Along. Rio pushes by accident but it still works for her because... She's Death. It annoys Agatha, but she's thankful it just works and doesn't explode.
Who doodles little hearts all over the desk with their initials inside them
Rio, but carved with a knife. It's sweet but also looks ominous.

It depends on the mood either one could start the tickle or the pillow fight. But they would definitely take it too far.

Since Rio can forego sleep, Rio just spends the time Agatha is asleep watching her. This used to creep out Agatha, but she's used to it.

Both. For different reasons, Rio because she honestly doesn't know better since... Cosmic Being. Agatha, because she's distracted, and then Agatha will loudly complain about it until Rio changes it magically.

Honestly, both! They both come up with cheesy pickup lines, but Rio is the one who does them sincerely. Agatha does it either to troll or be sincere.

Surprisingly, it's both of them. Agatha is a Nerd. And Rio, for all her chaotic sensibilities is actually a Lawful neutral.

I think, with Agatha's restless hands, this would be Agatha.

Ooh, I think it would be Rio. Agatha can be too cranky about it or thinks she's too cool for the whole thing.
