Motivation is the experience of desire or aversion. There is no universal way to stay motivated. There can be a reason behind motivation but that varies from person to person and situation to situation. Motivation is never permanent . If you have ever spend your day halfheartedly then you will definitely relate and agree with me...
We need to charge ourselves with positive affirmations and optimistic goal. Two years back when I was going through a lot I could hardly find that motivation to even spend my day positively & happily. I started watching motivationl videos and reading articles and then I learned a technique. Everyday I make my to do list and prioritize top three task I have/want to accomplish by the end of the day. This course of action gives me purpose, clear my vision and also provide motivation for the day. So, this is how I motivate myself.Â
As I said everybody has there own unique technique to self motivate. What's yours?????
