Speculation:

Mekh is one of the twin Elders of the Valley. They are visibly physically disabled, missing a right eye and using a prosthetic arm, however being active as an acrobatic athleat

Mekh represents a more refined and controlled approach to skill compared to their twin, valuing technique elegance, and artistic side of performance

Both twins likely acted less as traditional teachers and more as coaches, promoters, or muses, inspiring others through challenge and example.

They are highly observant, independent, and private, grounded in the present moment and preferring action over discussion. Unlike Sah, Mekh is more reserved and emotionally detached, though capable of charm when they choose to engage socially.
