i've updated the previous link as well, but just so y'all know, my filterable collection of picrew & other dollmakers has moved to my personal site!!!

the previous host, notion, had a few difficulties with filtering, namely the laborious process required to filter by multiple tags at once. this version doesn't have that issue!!!!

important notes:

this database is curated to dollmakers that i like personally; as such, i do not take requests for new additions. i'll probably add it if you give me a link and all of the tags that should apply to it, though!

i also do not take requests for new tags, because this is all done by manually going through each maker and seeing which tags apply, and i do not want to do that. if you're willing to go through the backlog yourself and tell me every maker that needs a new tag, i'll add it and use it going forward, though.

if something is tagged wrong, i need to know which specific maker it is so i can fix it. you need to tell me! the most useful way to send me a specific maker is a direct link to it. sometimes i get vague comments like “there are makers in x tag that don’t fit” and no one EVER follows up with which ones they are so i can’t FIX IT.

the layout should function on mobile but, as of posting this (12/9/25), is not optimized for it—i'll fix it, i promise!

Generating one image through AI can use between 5 and 50 litres of water depending on complexity. (Edit: I would be remiss to not mention the impact that this has on artists too. AI models are trained on the stolen works of artists on the wider internet. If you're financially able, support your favourite artist by commissioning them to make you a profile pic!) So I wanted to offer some alternatives for those who may not know how else to create a cute, customised image to use as their fandom pfp. For consistency, I tried recreating my existing pfp except wearing a blue jumper, jeans, and socks. (Existing pfp made with #5). Where a blue jumper wasn't available, I used black.

Many of these have the option for plus size, male characters, a wide range of skin tones/black hairstyles, medical aids, and the option to cover hair/wear a hijab. Some don't. I've indicated one below that was great for diverse colours and styles, but I can't speak for what is 'good' because I don't know what will represent you. i overhauled my old ronnie dress up doll via @meikerio !

i tried to keep the same or similar items in her wardrobe to the old version, (but there were some i just genuinely didn't like enough anymore 😅) and then i added more pieces. like a lot more.

I found an amazing fat character creator! There are some limitations (only one body type, mostly femme clothing), but there's also a lot of diverse options too. The clothing is so beautifully designed and the colors all go so well together that almost every time I pressed the randomize button, the character looked like it was intentionally designed.

March 27 is Spinda Day and I've been wanting to get back into Meiker (a dress up game/builder website like Picrew) and so, here is a new Meiker game, Dizzying Spotted Panda!

The game features Spinda's 4 optional and moveable spots that mostly match the spot ranges of Spinda and you can also give them new spot colours!
