I had horrible eating habits. I started eating breakfast and stuff like a normal human being. Down 10lbs in not even 2 weeks. I have insulin resistance and PCOS. Two big excuses people (particularly people with ovaries when it comes to PCOS for obvious reasons) make for being unable to lose weight. It's bullshit. I've stopped making excuses and started changing my habits to be a healthier person. I'm lazy as fuck but if I can do it, anyone can. Stop making bullshit excuses for unhealthy habits. I'm an overweight and unhealthy person for now. But I refuse to stay this way. I refuse to shorten my life. I refuse to ignore there's a problem and blame this on anything other than my poor habits. I think a lot of people could learn to do that.
I'm still freaking out about this ep of The Walking Dead because of Rick's shower/shirtless scene.

Also I briefly went into Rick's tag and I'm not surprised but it's so weird to see shipping wars. I don't really "ship" Rick with anyone. I just want him to be...mentally okay? I'm not really looking forward to this whole new forced "love interest" thing that seems like is going to happen. He lost his fucking wife why fbdshjzgbr WHY DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO TEACH HIM HOW TO LOVE AGAIN. Why can't his family be his major support? And by family I'm referring to the whole group or maybe just one of them like Michonne being really close friends with him I just ugh.

Maybe I'm not really a friend to them. Morwhale has been ignoring me for that last couple of days. Emily broke up with me cuz her 'mom found out'. Fuckin bs Mady is to involved in them and so I'm alone. Again. Just me and the internet.
PSA/rant because I'm a dumbass phone-owner
I have an awful habit of never checking my phone because of the assumption that any message I will receive on it will
1) be from someone utterly insignificant (or a company sending me updates I care not about);
2) alert me of a completely unexpected emergency I will probably not be able to handle well enough;
5) make me believe that someone I haven't talked to in ages would want to catch up, only to be let down after a few messages (or perhaps just one, if they're feeling especially lazy); or
4) wake me up from a fleeting feeling of contentment and peace, and shove me back into my responsibilities.
So I'm sorry I took hours to reply to your message. I'm just not used to conversation yet. But maybe you can try to
1) Tweet me that you have a very important message I must quickly respond to;
2) Text my mom; or
3) Text me the moment night smacks into morning. Because you're sure I'd have my phone under my pillow, and you're sure that I'll reply to you. No matter how sleepy I am, or how foggy my sense of time is, or how people are less of a priority than sleep is to me.
Those are things she used to do, and they worked. So.

Okay so I finally checked out New Girl I've only seen the first episode and there's 3 more on 4oD which I have to check before my opinion on it is fully valid It was okay, it's not spectacular by a long shot, some jokes were quite dry, I found myself just staring at Zooey half the time not paying attention to speech (true story); but it's alright I'll give it a chance

I will make sure to! I mean Zooey is great I love her but I've been told that the show has only been popular or known because she's the star. So it will be interesting to see what other elements are around if they are around, or if it's bland or whatever. We'll see :)

Over the amount of people justifying the United States thinking it's the internet police. I understand what people are saying about stealing, etc, but this is a reaction due to the inability of the mass media hole our country is to not realize that not all of this is bad.

I've heard some musicians that I went out and bought all their albums now due to people sending my links to singles that didn't have an upload on youtube. I've gotten to see movies and shows that, due to my country's firm belief that they are the only culturally relevant place to get quality films (THIS IS A GENERALIZATION, NOT ENTIRELY TRUE, I KNOW), I would never have gotten to see if people hadn't uploaded fansubs of those films or shows.
I can't help but think that the US media businesses are just pissy because they are slow on the uptake. If they were willing to realize what people want and what people in today's society are capable of doing given time constraints and money-constraints... then they'd realize that the easiest way to reach people with their respective products or whatever is via the internet.
Don't they realize that's why netflix is booming? If more movies were ACTUALLY available on netflix, foreign and not, for instant streaming, I would be willing to pay a bit more if it meant I go to see what I want to see at my fingertips.
And for people calling out others who watch TV shows via the internet, again, not everyone can afford higher cable costs, etc... and their only alternative are internet sources. Are you saying that those people shouldn't be allowed some enjoyment because they can't afford to watch what interests them?
I'm not saying streams/uploads are entirely ethical, because they're not. But, I don't get the BBC at my house and my only alternative to watch the shows I truly enjoy is to either watch a stream/upload or wait for months to a year for the series/season to be available on netflix, if it ever even is.
If the media would realize there are people who are like us on the internet, that we're not a small number, and that we do love the things we watch/read/listen to and make a damn effort to go and buy the dvds when they're out, to go and buy merchandise for the show and support them the best we can... maybe they'd realize that putting up their own content on the internet and readily available SOONER rather than WAY FUCKING LATER, they'd realize they'd make even more money because they'd be reaching more people FASTER.
I'm sort of morally ambiguous on this, but I think that the sooner companies realize that streaming websites like netflix are pretty much what people go to get their fixes, they'd utilize it further and get more things available on instant stream. Or if networks made their shows more quickly available to be watched, thus reaching people faster, that it's NOT a bad thing, that it WILL draw more people in.
TL;DR JUST, MEDIA BUSINESS, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND WORK WITH THE INTERNET INSTEAD OF AGAINST IT. THERE'S A LARGE PORTION OF FANDOM THAT WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. YOU JUST HAVE TO BE WILLING TO WORK WITH US.
