i’ve got enough for a deposit and first month’s rent. it’s just that the housing market around here is really tight and i need a place that takes cats. oh and i want a place that isn’t completely shitty. but i just haven’t found a 1 bedroom that takes cats that isn’t awful yet.

oh yeah, don’t get me wrong I’m in a pretty similar situation; I saw TOS first but only after the first reboot had been out for a few years. And I don’t care if people like the reboots but aren't into Star Trek as a whole, but the reboot fandom kind of weirds me out IDK

Name: Essim. I got it from the wonderful tinsnip's Garashir fanfics. Gender: Male. General Appearance: Cardassian facial features, with Julian's eyes and skin that's more golden than grey. Personality: generally quiet and serious, but he's just as much of an optimistic cutie as early-ds9-era Julian at heart! Special Talents: he speaks both Kardasi and Federation standard fluently, although he has a tendency to switch between them at random when he's younger. He also loves reading and listening to bedtime stories. Who they like better: Garak. Who they take after more: Julian, despite looking more like Garak. Personal Head canon: he's inherited Garak's sneakiness, but much to Garak's chagrin, he only uses it to play silly pranks on his parents and sneak food into his bedroom late at night.
