the pure delight that is anne hathaway belting ‘since u been gone’ three feet from kelly clarkson! i’ve gone so far as to integrate said media into my morning routine, so. i won’t be forgetting this anytime soon!

the entirety of leann rimes’ 25th anniversary ‘cmt crossroads’ episode - but especially ‘one way ticket’ ... jesussss!

the fact that i can officially tell the difference between oat milk and the full dairy variety in my chai lattes. i had one today and thought ‘something is wayyyyy off here!’

K: something nice about someone(s) in my fandoms

i feel like everyone in the fandoms i frequent is of excellent quality of character! as in my non-interweb life, personality and kindness are paramount to me so, if we’re friends, i consider you fantastic! i have to give particular shout-outs to @cashewdani, @firstaudrina, & @megalong because - even though we don’t always intersect on affinities - i know i can email or message them about anythinggggg and they will gladly humor me and often times shriek right back! i appreciate their awesomeness and i’m forever grateful!

N: three things i’d like to see more in my main fandom(s)

do i really have a main fandom? i don’t think so. i love all my affinities and fandoms i choose to make content for pretty equally. but, generally: a. more feedback. i adore every single piece of feedback i receive [likes, reblogs, kudos, comments, incoherent flaily keyboard smashes!], and everyone who leaves anything is a glorious human! but it seems like there’s a lot of times clicking and closing is preferred. and that leaves me wondering. i’m all about closure! even if your encounter was meh, hit me up; b: there can never be too much hurt/comfort in this world!; c) i wish there was a way to see who came back and accessed your work a second/third/fourth time. i revisit the content i love a lotttttt and i’d give anything to see who - if anyone - feels the same about my repertoire!

This is for my lovelies @firstaudrina and @irishmizzy / @megalong! Both of them encourage - rather than dismiss - my sometimes one-track heart and mind! @firstaudrina suggested: Perhaps another dose of Stevie? I love Stevie and Alexis interacting and I truly do not know how Stevie would talk to a child, but I'd love to find out! What you'll find below is where my brain ran within those parameters!

There's an excessive amount of Hamilton in here, and this is oodles longer than my attention span normally permits: I have feelingssssss about Alexis and Ted - now, forever, until I leave this earth *ahem* and I've elected to leave my work email unopened for this entire week, for reasons of: YIKESSSSSSS.

Ah! I love that it’s your secret fave!! Hmm, maybe but I feel like I’ve read enough not signed in to counterbalance it haha. Sometimes, the lure of pretending I know what a tailgate is is just too strong and I have to go back and read!

musical artist i started listening to this year: the only person who fits this description is dua lipa! all other regulars in the rotation are old friends. ever since 'barbie', though, dua and i are well-acquainted and i have high hopes for the future! not to mention, i adore her current hair color an inordinate amount!

🚀 outline or create as i go: definitely freestyling my way through fandom life over here! i don't think i've ever even outlined an academic paper, let alone a project that's meant to be relaxing and provide a break from reality. what i have done? jotted down two or three lynchpins of an initial idea if i really don't want to forget what made me want to write.

when i get stuck writing ... if i'm only trapped in my own dissatisfaction with wording, i'll just write out bulleted events. then i can come back later, read through these, and make them less literal and more free-flowing when i'm not wanting to rip my hair out.
