My back is still being crappy and I can't really do anything but walk... so I walked.
Tempted to be a bit disappointed about weight staying the same, but it has been steadily going down for a while now, no problem having one week of no real movement. Also, I was getting into my (hopefully) very last period in my life, and bloat was REAL this time.
My mood is stuck in "meh" for a while now. No real reason for it, but I generally just feel to tired for anything interesting right now. So I'm just floating along.
