Medicos has announced that two Rozen Maiden Pop Up Shops will be held in Tokyo and Osaka. The pop up shop in Tokyo will be held at Medicos Shop Shibuya (Magnet by Shibuya109 5th Floor) from December 24th, 2025 to January 7th, 2026. The pop up shop in Osaka will be held at Abeno Lucbus (Abeno Hoop) from January 17th, 2026 to January 25th, 2026. Panels of the characters will be on display at the venue. Mail order will also be available on the Medicos Online Shop at a later date.

For every 1,000 yen spent on Rozen Maiden products, customers will receive one random mini card. There are 7 types available. At each venue, for every 3,000 yen spent on Rozen Maiden products, customers will receive an illustration card. The design will vary depending on the venue. Also at each venue, a campaign will be held where customers can win the character panels that will be on display. For every 5,000 yen spent on Rozen Maiden products, customers will receive one entry ticket.
