I think Gerard's band tee's are giving us clues about the lore
First of all, all of his bstage shirts have all been long sleeve so far, this doesn't make sense given the weather. It's also the reverse of Gerard's short sleeve TBP fit
The shirt the first night was Death Angel, which feels fitting for the introduction to the gurney scene
"a celebrated man" (Angel) "amongst the gurneys" (Death). And the album title is The Ultra Violence, ie what we received for the start of the '26 tour
The second night was just a black long sleeve, so can't read much into that.
But the third night was Emperor (obvious ref to whoever's in power) and the album is Wrath of the Tyrant
We're starting to see the wrath come out more as the band is being more forcefully shoved into place for their performances
Edit: I also think Gerard stopped wearing the camo jacket so we could see his band tees. The jacket made a reappearance but so far only when he was wearing an all black shirt
Is anyone shocked that the person who runs the Gerard Way as Vinyls blog is reading into band tees?
