DEVON

Devon bears the responsibility of being the boss of a company, and as much as bed is comfy, there are things he has to prioritize if he wants to keep that comfiness in his life. He tries to have a slow routine that mixes his peace and some work preparation for the day.

06:00 AM. The alarm sounds, and he quickly turns on the light to prevent him from going back to sleep. Because he’d gladly do it.

06:05 AM. He is already in the bathroom, washing his face to completely wake up. 

06:09 AM. Still wearing his pajamas, he goes towards his kitchen and prepares a good breakfast (he’ll have a second breakfast in the office, but prefers it to be lighter than the first one). He carries his breakfast to the living room, sitting on the table. 

06:15 AM. The living room table doesn’t only stand his plate with two toasts, scrambled eggs and some pieces of peach (something refreshing early in the morning brings him some joy) and his cup of coffee. It also holds his laptop, showing his e-mail page with some new working requests and his notebook where he writes the to-do list for the day.

07:03 AM. He is done having breakfast and having his pre-work session. Turns off everything and stretches a little bit before washing his plates. Then he sits on the couch and turns on the TV to see the daily news, which is a way for him to stay tuned about how the world is becoming a mess before going to the office –this gives him topics to talk about and complain about throughout the day–.

07:40 AM. He has had enough from TV so he goes take a shower and gets ready to go to work.

ROY

Roy built his morning routine in a very active way, as we might expect. But also in a way that he can easily start the day with a smile and a positive mindset. He allows himself to sleep more during his free days though.

06:00 AM. The alarm wakes him up from his precious slumber and immediately gets up from bed to the bathroom.

06:04 AM. He is already getting changed to sporty clothes because he is going for that early run and swim! He got used to doing this every morning and not only because of his physical health, but also because seeing the sunrise and swimming on the solitaire beach makes him truly happy.   

06:10 AM. He prepares a small bag with a towel and a big bottle of water. He doesn’t have breakfast before running as he will have it later.

06:13 AM. He warms-up before running to prepare his body and mind for what is about to come.

06:25 AM. Finishes his warm-up and leaves his house to go for a run!

06:54 AM. He finishes his running session, not even listening to music to focus on the natural sounds and pay attention to any disturbances around. He's already on the beach, walking calmly towards the water.

06:57 AM. Drops his shirt and bag on a certain spot nearby him in the sand. Then he runs towards the water and throws himself into it!

07:00 AM. He lets the fresh ocean water make him feel better as he was sweaty and hot already from running. And then he swims and has fun on his own as he waits for the sun to rise. (I’m setting this routine on spring-summer because I don’t think he’d go for a run on autumn or winter unless it’s at noon-night)

07:15 AM. He has already seen the sunrise and feels ready to start the day with a smile on his face. He leaves the water, dries himself and drinks almost half of the bottle of water he brought with him.

07:30 AM. Gets home and takes a shower to remove all the salt from his body, then he gets ready for work.

07:50 AM. He is already ready for work, he prepares a shake and a sandwich or something to eat for breakfast and gets going to the office.

AMANDA

She prefers to keep her routines short and peaceful, not work related so she doesn’t get stressed that early in the morning. So unless it isn’t of strict importance, she’s spoiling herself.

06:40 AM. She wakes up after sleeping her precious 8 hours, with a face mask from last night on her face and a messy bun on her hair. She stretches herself and drinks water from the bottle she may place on her nightstand before going to sleep.

06:44 AM. She’s in the bathroom removing the mask. Then she washes her face with her foam cleanser and starts doing her morning skincare.

06:50 AM. Goes have breakfast before changing to her working clothes as she fears getting dirty. Also, her hair needs to be done last as she wants it to be the most perfect for the office.

06:54 AM. She puts on a show or reads a book as she has breakfast, taking it easy.

07:35 AM. She is done with her breakfast and the show or book chapter, she washes the dishes and goes back to the bathroom.

07:40 AM. She changes to her working clothes and ties her hair up carefully, so at least when she gets to the office it looks good. 

07:46 AM. Once she is ready, she brushes her teeth and puts on 3 tons of perfume, because she couldn’t stand smelling bad even if it’s just a bit.

07:51 AM. She puts on the necklaces and bracelets, sometimes a couple of earrings, before picking her bag up. She might have her bag already prepared from last night so she doesn’t forget anything important and can leave her house calmly. 

THOMAS

We all know how he is. Devon gave him the chance to start his schedule later as long as he did the best he could and stayed longer than the others. Thomas takes that offer and sticks to that routine. He goes to sleep late after entertaining himself with some games or any interesting article he has seen on social media.

10:30 AM. He wakes up with the first alarm he sets because it disturbs him in every sense, not just his sleep. 

10:36 AM. He is looking at the ceiling, wondering so many things until his mind is full blank. He is probably not even conscious of the amount of things he thinks about just when he wakes up.

10:38 AM. He picks his phone and doomscrolls for a bit until he gets bored of everything he sees.

10:43 AM. Thomas leaves his bed and goes to the bathroom before getting changed into the first thing he sees in his closet. He thinks about what to wear to look decent, yes… but he doesn’t spend much time worrying about it.

10:47 AM. He puts on some quick perfume, opens up his bedroom window so it can get some light and fresh air.

10:52 AM. He grabs his motorcycle’s helmet and zips the jacket before going for his motorcycle. Ahh and seeing his baby (the motorcycle) makes him have a reason to wake up that early (he’d usually wake up later if he had a free day). Then he goes to the office!

JASON

Jason may be the boss of his company, but he doesn’t wake up earlier than he should to work before the office opens. He prefers to stay working until late so he can go back home and go to sleep earlier. So after sleeping 7-8 hours, he wakes up merely to get ready to work.

07:00 AM. Wakes up pretty easily, just as the phone starts vibrating his eyes are already opened and turning off the alarm. He brushes his face and sits up to open the blinds and see the city views.

07:04 AM. He goes to prepare a coffee and then walks back to his room, looking through the window towards the sunrise and the early activity from workers or students. He lazily sips from his coffee and enjoys the view. Sometimes he plays music on a low volume to vibe a little bit.

07:10 AM. He washes the cup of coffee and goes to the bathroom to brush his teeth, wash his face and get dressed with his formal uniform.

07:14 AM. He combs his hair a little to give it a nice shape and bathes his clothes and hair with an expensive perfume he loves.

07:17 AM. Jason picks his phone and looks over the notifications to answer messages or see if he got new mails to answer when he gets to the office.

07:20 AM. He goes to his car and drives himself to the office!
