Weight
This morning I woke and weight myself, only to look down an see that I was pushing 197.5lbs. HOLY SHIT BALLS! this is the heaviest I have ever been. I do workout and since I have been hitting the gym i've gone up in weight. No its not muscle, My diet is all out of wack. Ok I am going to do a 30 Day experiment on myself. Gonna push my body to its breaking point, its been a while since I've done that. I dont really mean break it but you know push it. I need to drop this weight. I have never been shredded but thats on me. Bad diet. Anywho lets see how dedicated I am to this goal.
It is almost 3:30 in the morning.
I've spent AT LEAST 2 hours just playing Jetpack Joyride. I gave up, and now I am waiting for my dad to come home from work with a McRib.
