I figured it'd be a good idea to introduce myself to the Aphmau side of tumblr before I start publishing my writing. Like others, I have decided to write my own retelling of Minecraft Diaries, and I wanted to be a part of the fandom as I do that. I've been a fan since 2015 but I've never been active in fandom spaces before, usually I'm a lurker, but Minecraft Diaries is my special interest and there's not really anyone to talk to about it, so I came here!

Like when she's turned into a Meif'wa in MCD, she makes a lot of comments about feeling ridiculous, or stupid, or even weaker. Which I do think is tied up in her inflated sense of pride, but also that's kinda crazy to say. Like, at least think about the tactical advantages of your new form before you write it off completely and insult multiple people, including your lords friend, in the process. Obviously, she's talking about herself, but the fact that she only says those things after her transformation is kind of telling. Go on, Kate, share what you really think.
