Who’s the first to wake up in the morning: McGee. Ellie loves to sleep in and McGee gets up early to take his dog for a run.
Who’s the one to make breakfast: McGee because Ellie can’t really cook as well as he can.
Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed: McGee, cause he makes breakfast.
Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work: Neither, they’re both very meticulous about showing up for work on time.
Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day: McGee, he actually loves to lay around and snuggle.
Who chooses the movies: DiNozzo. No matter what, both of them go to Tony for picking movies.
Who initiates kissing during the moving, thus distracting the other from the movie all together: Both of them, depending on the movie.
Who orders lunch: Ellie. McGee may be the better cook but Ellie knows more about food and what pairs with what.
Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking: Ellie, she loves to steal little snacks and side dishes.
Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy: Ellie, she has food coma more than you would think.
Who distracts the other from trying to work at home: Ellie. She likes to distract McGee while he’s writing so she can sneak a peak or steal a quick kiss.
Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old: Ellie! She loves sugary snacks!
Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream: McGee. Ellie gets ice cream all over her face.
Who makes a sexual joke about the dripping ice cream on their partner’s face: Ellie, surprisingly. She’s much more imaginative than McGee in certain ways.
Who cooks dinner: McGee
Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards: McGee
Who stays up until 2 reading: Ellie, she’s still used to reading analysis papers at odd hours due to her former work at the NSA.
Who stares at their partner while their sleeping: Depends on who’s awake.
Who kisses their partner while they sleep: Ellie likes to kiss McGee a lot.
A husband to come home to... Even if it is only fake
Haha here’s a less than three hundred word fanfic I wrote after watching the NCIS 13x03 preview. Also be warned this is fluffy and I’m a sucker for McBishop.

He wasn’t sure what compelled him to call her sweetheart. Maybe it was the small flutter in his chest when he saw her walk up to their ‘house’. Maybe it was the fact that they were ‘married’. The next thing he knew he was leaned over giving her a kiss. He felt like a kid again. First kiss with butterflies in the belly and a blushing red face. She isn’t sure what made her happy to find herself in his arms after a long day. Maybe it was because she and Jake had lacked that more and more as of recently. His body spooned around hers in their bed. Something felt different about being here with him in this moment. Something she couldn’t quite put her finger on. They wake up at oh-six-thirty the next day. They glide around each other, awkward like teenagers on a first date. He makes eggs (scrambled) and toast (sourdough) for breakfast. He makes them coffee (hers black with more sugar than coffee and his with a little bit of half and half) and sets them on the table. He lets out the dog (his, named after their boss) and sits down with his ‘wife’. They barely speak, smiling at each other when they catch each other looking. When he walks outside to see her off to 'work’, he does it again. He kisses her for all to see. Something (again he doesn’t know what) made him do it. He sees her blush and she places an extra kiss on his cheek. As she drives off to 'work’ she thinks about him. She knew deep down she loved him, but pushed it aside. Something to keep her going through the day. A husband to return home to.
BLESS THIS. ALWAYS IM SO EXCITED FOR THIS EPISODE. WE GET MCGEE AND ELLIE DEVELOPMENT AND MAYBE SOME DELILAH AND JAKE. MCGEE AND BISHOP KISSING IS SOME GOOD SHIT.

Yeah, call it a wild and crazy guess, but I don't see these two having a hard time working together. Maybe some friction on who's the smartest kid on the block, but probably not much beyond that.
