used the matt medium again. Melting the black marker a little less this time. So the gelly roll works great on top of it. Color markers work better on top of the medium than they work on paper. I may put a second coat on that and see if the glaze effect is worthwhile.
The character’s name could be Matt Medium. He came about while watching Harryhausen’s First Men In The Moon.

I bought a big tube of cheap, matt medium at wal-mart.When I put it over the top of a doodle, it dissolved the marker. But when it dried it was great as a surface for the gelly-roll white ballpoint. That was the point of the experiment. Bottom was another character from The Hidden from two nights ago. The evil alien takes over six earthling creatures. Including the character above’s dog.
