Starters: Seared Scallops in a Curried Cauliflower purée, Serrano & Chorizo Croquettes and Beef Tartare with Crispy Artichoke. 

Mains: Chalk Stream Trout with Watercress Velouté and a Bucatini al Salmone. 

Dessert: Dessert wine with a Banoffee Tart and Paris Breast.
