You know what's interesting about this bit of dialogue from "You're Cordially Invited..." is that while Martok is often depicted as the more cosmopolitan of the two (as well as sexually adventurous and generally more fun-loving), it's Worf calling Sirella xenophobic and Martok explicitly stating, "We [Klingons] don't embrace other cultures."
There's kind of a neat reversal with Martok holding this view and surrounding himself with relative xenophobes like Sirella and Drex while being very friendly and warm with the likes of Bashir and Sisko and even Tain and Garak, and Worf being more willing to surround himself with people from other cultures in practice, including his choice of past partners (Deanna, Jadzia), which fits with him having been raised by lovely human parents, while also being prone to xenophobic attitudes about various cultures he encounters (seen more often in TNG). He doesn't always practice what he preaches, but he knows xenophobia is not acceptable. Martok is more tolerant of others on an individual level, but doesn't embrace accepting others as a value. Oh, and Martok, you should've definitely warned Worf about Sirella’s opposition to the marriage before she showed up on the station.
Anyway, I think it could be interesting to explore this more in Martok or Worf-centered fic.
