Taurus Sun women scare me just a little. I’ve had terrible experiences with them. Their constructive criticism doesn’t sound constructive at all and it just sounds like they’re trying to belittle you. I had a really good friend of mine who has this placement and we’d been friends most of our lives. During an important meeting back at school she called me a slur in front of everyone, totally unprovoked, just to grab the attention of this senior of ours that she was really into (still don’t see the point in it). Maybe I came off as really timid, so she was comfortable enough doing that? Anyways, I did give her a piece of my mind on the spot. I’m not saying that everyone with this placement is innately like this but they certainly don’t hold back from being critical of others’ work when they don’t want any advice on theirs.

Saturn/Mars in the 11th house are such lonely placements. You’re overlooked in social settings unless you suppress your martian characteristics. You have to be timid, quiet, always giggling to be seen and it gets so exhausting. And the moment you start doing well in life suddenly all your friends start treating you like competition. Saturn innately causes a sense of not-belonging and isolation, it also messes with your head a lot. No matter how well you really do fit in with a particular group of people you’ll always have this nagging feeling at the back of your head that although you do a great job at understanding their psyche and being there for them, they won’t return the favour- even before they try you just shut down and eradicate even the prospect of that happening altogether.

Perhaps if you have Mars positively aspecting your Saturn this can be slightly empowering as well since it gives you a sense of responsibility towards your community/ people and makes you want to change the world. Can also make you a little delusional and give you otherworldly goals that you must accomplish.

VEDIC

Saturn in Virgo and having some whacky connection with their fathers. It’s just, everyone I know with this suffers from some medical ailment that their fathers have struggled with as well due to their ignorant lifestyles. I have this and regardless of how hard I try to maintain my health and stay in good shape I always fall ill with the same illnesses my father suffers from. No connection at all. Could also point towards pitra-dosh, so be careful. I do think pitra-dosh is very real, I don’t think it’s caused by your unhappy ancestors but rather you making-up or repenting for the sins of your ancestors instead.

It is so funny to me how even in today’s society everyone shuns Mangliks? Like girl this is the big 2026, be so for real with me rn. Did you know that being Manglik is a pretty recent concept? Although mangliks did exist since time immemorial they were never labeled as such. They were just… a normal part of society. It’s only seen as a bad thing because people with Mars over the 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th and 12th house are said to have a higher sex drive. So they suggest that a manglik be wed to another one since that way the chances of infidelity will reduce significantly and both of them will be able to satisfy each other. Anyways, if anyone tells you ‘oh but you’re a manglik’, respectfully ask them to shut their trap.

though most of us think we've learned everything about our own chart, yea we’ve seen it countless times, yet we're always learning new things because we go through experiences that activate and awaken certain parts we either forgot about or overlooked. I shared many of my personal experiences in this post of things I realized later or thought were insignificant.

🎻 People with capricorn placements tend to be remembered fondly after their death. The type of artists that listening to their music takes you to a different era and makes you feel nostalgic to a time period you never existed in. They also can easily bring old trends, styles or music genres back to life. Signs that are also remembered after death are aquarius and pisces. I always notice it with those last three signs or degrees of these signs.

🎻 It is said that the moon matures at 24°, so I got a degree observation with that. If you have it at 24° or close to it, 23° or 22°, you may feel like you've experienced the full spectrum of emotions and matured so much in your early 20s. In your childhood and teenage years, you may remember dealing with emotions immaturely, possibly acting out with the negative traits of the moon sign. At 24, you feel more aware and in control of your emotions, like you ended a cycle. Your emotional intelligence becomes evident. The emotional world of these natives is almost entirely internal. They do best when they can deal with their emotions in solitude. They're seen as detached no matter how open they get. They keep people guessing what they're feeling and they tend to have a wise aura.

🎻 With moon at degrees from 25° to 29°, natives may feel like they need to share their emotions with either someone close or the world in general, or even through a hobby they have. They may want to be vocal and expressive about how they feel. They tend to be relatable and make others feel heard through just expressing themselves and being open. They may also experience some heartbreaks, making them stronger, braver and and more willing to share how they feel. 

🎻 Moon at degrees from 0° to 21° tend to resonate very much with the sign of their moon degree. They might even be mistaken as having their moon in the the sign of that degree. They're seen as energetic and youthful. They often go through trials and errors in testing their emotional depth. They may have been adventurous growing up, experimenting with things and testing where they feel safest and most secure. They may cling into things, and can be codependent on others. They learn how to develop a sense of detachment as they reach their 20s.

^ if you have your moon at 0° to 21°, which I'm least familiar with cuz I don't meet many ppl with these degrees, please do tell me how it resonates with you and your experience with your moon.

🎻 I noticed that most iconic artists have significant uranus or neptune aspects in their chart, conjunction and oppositions with personal planets in particular. I associate these two planets with artistic abilities and talents. Both give visionary minds and expand the imagination. They are outer and generational planets, so whatever art these ppl create is impactful and undeniably timeless. 

🎻 Your first love or just the person you first felt really intimately connected to may have placements or degrees of the sign of your 8th house. I have an 8th house in capricorn and my first love had a cap sun and stellium and an aqua stellium. 

🎻 In my experience the 8th house is more important in relationships than the 7th. To me the 7th is about connections in general. Even though I have sag in the 7th and pluto right there, I obvs anticipated a significant relationship with a sag or something but it never happened lol. I end up having a casual and lighthearted connection with them, the traits they embody compliments my rising and it's an easy going connection that stays in the friend zone. Not with cap men, even if I want to be friends with them, there's tension that either drifts us apart fearing the friendship or it instantly develops to an intense relationship. It's because my 8th house is in capricorn, and my pluto and mars are both at 10°. So check the degrees too.

🎻 For the longest time I resonated with being way more plutonian than saturnian, because I don't have any capricorn placements or significant saturn aspects, but so many obvious plutonian aspects. But once saturn hit the highest point in my chart, conjuncting my mc, I realized how much this planet affected my life all along and I was oblivious. For instance, I have so many capricorn degrees and sun in the 10th. I was overlooking that I have capricorn in the 8th and 9th, which means saturn rules both houses, and it rules the 10th too since it's in aquarius plus at 22°. I also have a stellium in the 11th with saturn right at the cusp there, so it even influences the the house that is most active in my chart. Can't wait for saturn 11th transit 💀

🎻 Speaking of that, if you have sun in the 10th house, you probably try hard not to look or sound arrogant because people tend to think you're confident even if you're not. Whenever you speak people listen and others may hate on you for thinking you're better than them and you don't even know them lol. It's so hard to make friends with this but I don't hate it, because it gives me the strategic ways to be persuasive and get my way with authority figures. May apply to leo in the 10th or people with cap/leo mix (I bet y'all were called arrogant at least once lol).

🎻 As someone that is very influenced by pluto (square sun, trine venus, semi-sextile mars, conjunct chiron, opposite ascendant, quintile mc), I painfully understand how plutonians feel like their struggles are never rewarded, at least not the reward they anticipated. Yknow with saturn you go through hardship you learn this and that and you get tangible fucking results that you can fucking see. With pluto what is it again? your inner strength and eventual realization of "ta-daaa you went through it, you thought you couldn’t.. that's the reward". Plutonians out there waiting to be truly happy, truly loved, truly effing rich 💀 and get a damn break. 

🎻 Another aspect I overlooked was mars opposite saturn, just because I have it at 10°, but I experienced every single thing related to this aspect. I feel like I learned so much about it the hard way and I wanted to do a post sharing what I learned with people that got mars-saturn harsh aspects. If you have it, your flow of energy may be a little off, not knowing when to STOP doing a task and when to start again. Being stubborn with your work wanting it to be done instantly and perfectly like your body is some type of machine taking orders, but saturn will put obstacles in your way until you learn patience and contentment. Can be harder to deal with if mars is in a fixed or cardinal sign.

🎻 With mars-saturn harsh aspects, you may feel the urge to act on your martian qualities but if you disregard what saturn is there for, you'll find yourself back at square one. It's about listening to your body and not ignoring your physical and mental exhaustions. Taking short breaks and organizing your time instead of giving up all together in rage. You're not running out of time if you do so, in fact pushing through too hard is what's a waste of time. It's not a wise use of energy because your work won't be as efficient and your perfectionist ass will redo it. If there's an absence of a healthy work-life balance, these natives can internalize a tremendous amount of anger that can be detrimental to their health. 

🎻 I always laugh at capricorns saying that capricorn is a cursed sign because it's so true but also absolutely untrue at the same time. 💀 These natives need to understand certain life patterns, qualities and duties that once figured out unlocks so much success and tangible results that are long lasting. Cap placements especially sun and stelliums give me the sense that they inherited some of their ancestors qualities, if you believe in that, but they go through some hardships with the patterns that come with these qualities. They have a choice to cut the patterns that don't serve them, whether in behaviors or ways of thinking and utilise what they already have with persistence and strategy. 

My point is, if you find it interesting and you heard about it you could analyze the astrology behind all these events, 'cause this event definitely is a turning point for spanish people.

Oh, I'm seeing it now. What you're telling me sounds very familiar, the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul went through a similar catastrophe in April this year, when incredible heavy rains and storms flooded rivers, lakes and destroyed entire cities, and all because the government hasn't been doing what's needed to prevent this. It's a very predictable event caused by climate change's aggravation of the effects of El Niño. It was the worst we've seen, 94% of Rio Grande do Sul's cities were affected. To get an idea, Rio Grande do Sul is a big state, like more than half a Spain.

I think I wouldn't be able to give a deep analysis of what's happening in Spain, I don't have the lived experience of the country and not much context. I only dare make analysis for the USA because that's the imperial core and those mfs politics affect the whole world.¹ So, this is just a superficial reading and I think I can compare it to Brazil, because we had the same ascendant and consequently the same house placements on the Aries Ingress chart, and it's interesting to see how the different degrees of the angles change predictions a whole lot. I actually have something on my drafts about other aspects of the climate crisis for Brazil this year, I'm glad you asked this question so I can introduce the topic.

I've been attributing these latest escalations of the climate crisis to Saturn in Pisces. We're to expect this realistically and I believe Saturn in Pisces is fitting, because as the last sign it has a bit of an apocalyptic/endings theme to it and it's been very scary how things are escalating now.² To make this clear, the sky isn't to blame and astrology does not cause any of these issues, it just shows tendencies through symbols. Any prediction heavily depends on context and the context of climate change, of bad urban planning etc is of our own political leaders' making and their inaction.

Madrid and Brasília both have gotten Capricorn rising on the Aries Ingress 2024, and that happens for many places, but the annual ruler for each country differs depending on the strength and condition of the planets that have dignity on the exact degree of the ascendant. If we get a cardinal sign rising, in order to analyze the whole year we need to open up 3 more complementary charts for each of the next seasons. This is how hard mundane astrology is.

Brasília

Here's how things looked for Brasil. The 4th house and the IC are obviously always affected when we get catastrophes like this. The Sun is in the 4th house here, but the IC is in Pisces with Saturn and Venus. We also have to consider that these planets are moving and soon we're going to see Mars get into Pisces too. On the degree where Saturn finds itself there's a fixed star called Alpha Hydrus, (the male Hydra, a water snake), which is a more obscure constellation near the south pole that represents the tail end of the river Eridanus.³

Three weeks after the Aries Ingress, Mars meets Saturn. One of the most important conjunctions to watch for in mundane astrology is the Mars-Saturn one, because they're famous for signaling calamity and disease. And they're a lot more frequent than the Great Conjunctions (Jupiter-Saturn). The chart for their conjunction can be interpreted, but to keep it short, I'm just going to say that the conjunction was in the 6th house and they met at 14°, on top of the fixed star Achernar of the river Eridanus. One of the worst things about the floods was that it meant a lot of spreading of diseases through the water, which happens with Mars-Saturn in water signs.

Full Moon in Scorpio

Soon after the conjunction, the Full Moon in Scorpio came with Mars-Saturn in the 4th house this time, and that's when it happened. Notice how Mars reached the conjunction with the IC of the Aries Ingress, where there's another fixed star very much related to stories involving water: Markab, of the Pegasus constellation, who in the myth used its hooves to create a spring on Mount Helicon. The Full Moon is in fall in the 12th house, ruling the 8th, indicating huge loss.

I also recommend this analysis made by a local astrologer from Rio Grande do Sul where she compares this year to another historical flood in 1941 that had similar configurations, and she takes Uranus and Jupiter into account, because of how in mundane astrology Jupiter (especially Mars-Jupiter) gets associated with storms and rain.

Madrid

Now, in Spain, the Aries Ingress didn't indicate this so strongly, because the IC isn't in Pisces. But still, the Mars-Saturn conjunction still happened and here Mars also rules the 4th house. And then Jupiter is on the IC, with the close aspect to Saturn in Pisces. But because we're on Scorpio season, we should look at the Libra Ingress chart, where Jupiter acts as the ruler for the trimester and it's ruling the 4th. Notice how it has anticia with Mars in fall in the 8th, who rules the IC. And then Saturn actually falls in the 4th house now. This is how the lingering effects of a Mars-Saturn conjunction shows up: whenever aspects are made between them we can prepare to see something. The Mars-Saturn-Venus water grand trine also had something to do with the hurricanes in the gulf of Mexico.

The Full Moon in Aries and the New Moon in Scorpio

The disaster happened after the Full Moon in Aries, which also had Sagittarius rising. When a lunation shows that kind of similarity to the Ingress chart we can count on seeing the most significant events of the season or year. The IC is the same too, but the Moon is there with it. It has extra importance because of the aspect to the ascendant. Full Moons have to do with big events related to the masses. Here it makes a square to Mars in the 8th in mutual reception. Because this happened very near the end of the lunation and it's probably still going on to some degree, you should also see the chart for the New Moon in Scorpio. Here there's similitude with the Aries Ingress and now Mars looks directly at the ascendant degree ruling the lunation.

Those are my simple observations, but I bet there's better local astrologers who can do this with much more skill and lived experience of Spain; because I think that's important, not only to understand the astrology better, but also to give it a heart, and not look at these horrible things from a detached point of view.

Ascendant/Saturn: very critical self-image, with a lot of weight on what you think of yourself and also what others will think of you. you may have difficulty allowing others to see who you trully are. you create a persona dissociated from what you're and present it to the world as if it were a part of yourself, going against your true personality. also, difficulties in seeing who you really are, and therefore, you are unable to present your “business card” to others as something that actually has to do with yourself.

Sun/Saturn: low self-esteem, lack of what naturally the sun must give to us, the desire to shine, believe that you can do this. lack of confidence in your potential and ability to express yourself and to be someone who has something valuable to be presented to the world. you don't believe that you can be a protagonist in the world. you may have a distorted sense of identity. in order to ensure that no one will see this fragility in your ego (sense of self, something ruled by the Sun), you will close yourself off. and when someone touches in your wounds of your fragile ego, you'll be defensive.

Moon/Saturn: you’re afraid of being emotionally exposed, of let yourself to be vulnerable. in order to guarantee this, you lock yourself in a protection tower, protecting yourself and looking like someone rigid and closed. but deep down all you want is to be nurtured. however, you believe that it will never come.

Mercury/Saturn: a lot of self-censorship. you think too much before speaking and not in a good way. lack of confidence in your intellect, intelligence, thoughts, more difficult to put out what you think, you think before and after speaking. you criticize yourself and put defects in what you said. self-critical and someone who believes that you dont have the same ability to communicate and express yourself as other people. basically, you believe you are someone dumb.

Venus/Saturn: more fearful and / or very demanding way of loving. love doesnt flow naturally, as the person tends to withdraw and not believe that it should be this time. deep down, you have an intense insecurity with love: will I be truly loved? won't I be betrayed? traumas that have already occurred in life can intensify this. fear of never being loved, and for that reason you close yourself and you never manage to surrender without fear when the love appears in your life.

Mars/Saturn: energy that has difficulties to leave the person in a natural and fluid way, the person has difficulties to feel and insert energy into things. to understand better, just think about the differences of the two planets. one rules cooler, calculating and planner signs (Saturn, that rules Capricorn and Aquarius), another rules hotter and more intense signs, of letting go with what they feel and believe based in the level of emotion / energy (Mars, that rules Aries and Scorpio). one is slow, the other is fast. here, there is a direct conflict. Mars will have a lot of blockage in the person's life, which means difficulties to put energy out, to take action, assertiveness and decision making will be very slow and complicated, energy and libido or simply having self-confidence in sexuality / sex matters it can be very difficult too. it can generate guilt and a feeling of being someone impotent and very passive for you and for life.

Jupiter/Saturn: feeling that you arent very lucky, being very pessimistic, not very expansive, a person closed to different philosophies of life and to things of deeper knowledge.

Uranus/Saturn: difficulty in having more freedom and openness, either with yourself with life, or with life with you. more pragmatic, conservative and closed, quite opposite to what Uranus usually is. less tendency to innovation, originality. more fixed and traditional thoughts and attitudes, such as Saturn.

Neptune/Saturn: problems with unconscious matters, more difficulties in dealing well with Neptunian matters, in how to escape from reality. you can live trying to fill emptiness in the wrong things, and at the same time you can be very closed psychologically, hiding your problems. you can have many psychological problems. problems with more mystical expressions and subjects, blocks with arts, music, empathy and any unconscious subject.

With flowing aspects between Mars and Saturn, you tend to know just the right amount of energy to put into something. Let's say you have a test coming up in a  month. Mars trine or sextile Saturn might think, “I'll go to the library two hours a day for the next month to prepare for the test.” This is reasonable. Mars in good relation to Saturn can plan, work well within limits, is disciplined and able to adhere to a procedure.
