For years the default figure for the number [of illegal aliens] in the entire country was 11 million, and with 10 million in California alone the Democrats probably have their imported electoral college. So itās long past time for legal action.
The DMV āmotor voterā program automatically registers to vote anybody who receives a driverās license, which California allows for those illegally present in the United States. Back in 2015, PadillaĀ told theĀ Los Angeles Times, āAt the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of California,ā with ānew votersā code for ineligible voters.
Padilla said the DMV kept āfirewallsā in place but didnāt explain how they worked, or how many ineligible voters the firewalls had blocked.Ā Padilla had to know how many ineligible non-citizens voted in November 2016, but he wasnāt talking and refused to release any voter information to a federal voter-fraud probe.
True to form, by March, 2018,Ā more than one million āundocumentedā immigrantsĀ received driverās licenses from the state Department of Motor Vehicles, which automatically registered them to vote under the āmotor voterā program. So the millions of new voters Padilla expected in 2018 are indeed on the rolls, and the Meuser-Dhillon lawsuit aims to find out how many were non-citizens and therefore ineligible to vote. The state is claiming zero.
Judicial Watch has [also] filed a federal lawsuit against Los Angeles County, charging failure to clean up voter rolls and deliver records related to elections. Judicial Watch charges that eleven California counties have registration rates exceeding 100 percent of eligible voters and California has the highest number of inactive registrations of any state.
