Good night kiss: the Queen Mayors (Chloé & Alix + Marinette and Zoé) getting ready for bed after their victory party

(Sequel to the "Drunk kisses" prompt)

While the Queen Mayors' victory party was amazing it was time to turn in for the night.

But one of the Queens was too happy about the sleeping arrangements.

"Do we REALLY have to sleep in separate beds?!~"

"I've seen all the spa remedies you use before, so yeah we do."

"You’re so mean, Ally-Bun!"

"I'll be nicer when I get a full eight hours of sleep."

While Chloé pouted over the sleeping arrangements, Marinette walked closer to close and give her a kiss on the cheek.

"Good night, Zoé~"

Zoé's face was now pinker than her nicely styled pink highlights as Marinette begins to walk to her room.

"Good night, Marinette~"

After seeing this, Chloé quickly turns back to Alix.

"I will accept these sleeping arrangements if I can can a good night kiss as well! It's the only valid substitution for cuddles!~"

Alix rolled her eyes before pulling Chloé into a quick peak on the cheek.

"You’re such a brat..."

"But you spoil me anyway~"

And they were roomates.

Her crush on Adrien is so over-the-top that it feels performative. Like she watched some anime, learned how girls with crushes act (in anime) and then applied that to the first attractive guy she had a romance flag with (the umbrella scene). Their romance has gotten nowhere and it’s at the point where I you could tell me that Marinette is actively self-sabotaging on some level because she knows somewhere deep down that this isn’t what she really wants and I’d believe you.

Meanwhile she also:

-Has the most standard adorable meet-cute with Zoe Lee

-Absolutely adores Clara Nightingale (and lets Clara dip her! While smiling and blushing!)

-Calls Kagami “brilliant, strong, cute”

-Is constantly being physically affectionate with other girls (especially Kagami, who she straight-up tackles at least once)

And that’s just what I remember off the top of my head.

Luka and Marinette are obviously into one another. I like them as a couple. But if not for Luka’s existence, I would be 100% ready to say Marinette is gay and dealing with some serious compulsory heterosexuality.
