✵ “Wh- I’ve been coming here for months! You can’t just misspell my name because you’re mad at me!”       “Yeah? Funny, because... Looks like I did.”

✵ someone put their number into our tip jar but no one knows who it was meant for so now we just added the number to our work groupchat to try and get to the bottom of it

✵ “This should be considered criminal.”       “Must we have this discussion every morning?” “We will have this discussion every day that you ask me to make this travesty of a drink. I taste tested last week and called poison control.”

✵ your new manager is being rude to you and if you think i won’t throw a fit over it and email the owner, you’re sorely mistaken

✵ “Ah, there you are. You usually come in earlier.”       “I overslept.” “Then why are you here? Shouldn’t you be rushing to work?” “Eh. My boss can wait. Can’t start the day without seeing you, can I?”

✵ you usually scribble bad coffee puns on my drink but not today, so now i know something is wrong and you need to tell me right now

✵ “Hey, can I pay for that cute guy’s drink please?”       “… No. We have a policy against that.” “What? Why!” “… Taxes.” “Okay, the fact that you are even pretending that this place actually pays taxes is hilarious.”

Today we got some pretty sky but not as nice as some other days here. I didn’t stay outside too long for these shots because yikes, it is really cold.

The day started out at 12F degrees (-10C) but it is supposed to warm up later today. I wish it would hurry up.

The forecast was for this area to get maybe up to two fingers worth of snow last night but all we got was a bit of fairy dust. (another yay)

I made no plans for today. My eyes feel a little irritated, maybe it’s time for a nap already 😂
