This is missing the little piece that holds the umbrella onto the mini yellow table. The walls of the building seem to be made of a sturdy cardboard type material with printed on graphics typical of an ice cream shop in pastel/vibrant colors. The animals highly resemble vintage Sylvanian Family figures. This set is only listed for 45 USD due to possibly missing more pieces. The clothing on the animals looks acceptable, and their hands resemble Lego figures so that they can hold the ice cream cones included in the set, which comes in brown, light blue, pink, and white colored ice cream.

The packaging is attractive and the logo is adorable. I'd like to obtain a few of these pieces for my personal collection, as it seems to be mostly inexpensive to afford when buying in the vintage market for this toyline specifically. Some vintage Sylvanian Families sets can cost up to hundreds of dollars, with some listing in the thousands.

Sylvanian Families has an exclusive release of fairy creatures only available in Japan, as well as other Japanese exclusive sets by Epoch. A set that I'm really after is the Country Doctor playset, released around 2013 if I remember correctly. It was frustrating that I didn't recieve that particular set even though as a child I expressed my want of it. But finding ones in stores was difficult, and the resale market can be a bit shady and or dodgy depending on where you're looking. You also have to consider import fees, which can inflate the price even more if it's from out of the country.

They even had a Maple Town lunchbox and thermos like many character lunchbox sets that were popular in the 1980s like Barbie, He-Man, Jem and The Holograms, The Smurfs, Peanuts, Rainbow Brite, Marvel/DC Superheroes, and more.
