hey guyyys!! its been awhile i had lost the email to this account so i couldn't log in from my computer just my phone and i can't figure out that thing for the life of me.. here's a quick update.

i have lost 8 lbs!! :D i am 2 lbs away from my first goal! so that makes me super excited.

i started metformin earlier this month and the 500 mg i could do but the 1000mg really eff'd me up..

i stopped taking all meds.. and am seeking a more holistic, herbal way of regulating my body.. at the moment i am taking vitex/chasteberry which helps regulate your hormones.. so for my ladies with PCOS! i've read it works wonders!! also, i am looking into the maca root which is suppose to help also!! :D

so this month is coming to an end... so its time to start thinking of some new goals!!
