I saw this on the fantasy reblog I did so let’s see

Mars -> Most obvious one. Ares and Mars differ a bit in mythologies where Mars is respected yet Ares isn’t. But this had to do with some sort of political stuff I believe. But yeah he’s Ares (Or someone else, keep reading hehe)

Kevin Mask -> Without a question, Athena. I know I shouldn’t be making Kevin Mask Athena because REASONS but he’s the one that is most like her.

Hydrazoa -> Obviously Poseidon! Honestly I can’t believe that they didn’t make Hydrazoa named after Neptune or Poseidon. It would have been perfect. I know the story about Neptune king and Neptune man but that outfit makes 0 sense if he’s gonna go from Quarrel man to Neptune man

Jeager -> I think Jeager is very military in approach but I would definitely not give him a war god. Maybe Demeter or a spring time god? Chronos would work! He’s the personification of time (NOT the same as Zeus’s father- that is Cronus)

Roadrage -> Tricky business over here. He’s basically a robot right? So if we’re going with metals; Hades would be a contender. Roadrage as a death god? Maybe I should give Mars that and for Roadrage I give Ares. Or Hephaestus…but honestly Ares really suits him

Mantaro -> Most probably a Demi god like Hercules. I guess the Zeus type of figure would go to Kinnikuman in that case. Robin Mask acts more like the big boss than he does tho, at least as far as I’ve read

The others would be either satyrs, centaurs, etc! I have too much of a love and bias towards the top characters (apart from Mantaro)

I can’t actually believe that the fantasy au came to some sort of beginning. It’s been in my head for so long and having people that actually engage with it is so nice!! I haven’t really thought about the characters just yet cause I was having too much fun with drawing Mars and Kevin Mask

Mantaro -> A squire maybe? He wants to become a knight though. I think he’d follow Kevin Mask

Mars -> Let’s discuss him since I’m putting everybody here. He definitely still needs to be a spy of sorts. He’s a rogue, mercenary, what have you.

He needsssss to have a conflicted personality for sure and will probably sometimes do shady things behind peoples backs- unless it’s Kevin Mask. Kevin is untouchable after everything they went through together. He still has a disguise for sure- he’s elven in his true form but maybe more orc in his disguise since it looks more brutish.

I don’t know how him being Italian will work. I’m gonna take some good stereotypes and just go with them haha. (Gods know that he’s still riddled with the more negative ones so let’s balance them out a bit!)

Jeager -> It’s difficult to say cause he’s friends with both Mars and Kevin but he knew Mars first. So maybe Mars was hired to kill him 💀 of course instead they make hesitant friends.

Hydrazoa -> Some sort of water creature for sure. Maybe something bound to a lake or an area of water! I’ll have to research more. First one that comes to mind are undines, kelpies, etc. But id love to make the characters nationalities actually mean something in a way still (He is Russian)

Roadrage -> Some sort of automaton for sure. Ah that would lend a steampunk vibe to this story for sure. Can’t wait to get into the intricacies of that. He’s from Japan so I’ll see if I can make his place of origin feel like Japan (high tech and creative). There’s probably transport in this world but I’m not sure if I’ll take that route with him.
