Experience a new typology of urban design: a multi-story mixed-use building that functions as a vibrant central hub, seamlessly integrating commercial dynamism and residential comfort under one roof acting as a crucial environmental breathe and buffer in the dense city grid, the project features a stunning, branching wooden post design. Resembling an inverted forest of organic, sweeping forms overhead. Crafted from warm timber, these intricate, branching posts and arches filter light and air, creating dynamic play of light and shadow across the central atrium. Paths of linear textured pavers and native grasses guide pedestrians through diverse plantings and integrated water features. Soft pathway lighting and winding benches ensure the space is as inviting and comfortable as it is sustainable, demonstrating a commitment to prioritizing human and ecological well-being.

Mall of Asia: Part 1 - walked from the hotel to the big mall to do some light shopping and recon for a later visit. This place is HUGE and very reminiscent of the West Edmonton Mall, and we got MANY steps in checking out the lay of the land. Arrival night/ early first day in the Philippines - after our 15 hour flight we arrived in Manila in the evening of the next day, then had a late dinner in the hotel before before an exhausted sleep.
