I feel like so many people are caught in this loop of manifesting lazily, and honestly? I call bs, and I will die on this hill.

If you’re not acting like the version of you who has everything they want, how do you expect to become the version of you who has everything they want? You keep waiting on the 3D to change while the 3D is waiting for YOU to change.

By taking that leap, you risk failing, but if you’re not willing to fail, then clearly you don’t want it enough. Eventually you realise that it isn’t “failing”, it’s just a lesson and redirection.

If you were the version of you who had everything they wanted, and had to go back in the past and live as the version of yourself who didn’t have that all for a day, what would you do? Would you sit around waiting for it to just happen? Or would you take the necessary steps to make it happen?

A lot of the time it boils down to releasing that old identity of you who is in lack. And it can suck. It can be uncomfortable and annoying sometimes, but if you want it enough, you should be willing to release that version of you and embrace the version of yourself who has everything they want.

If you keep trying, you’re bound to find a way to your desires. But if you don’t even bother, if you risk nothing, you risk everything you could actually achieve. It’s the age old clichè of “you miss all the opportunities you don’t take”.

Would you plump your lips, dye your hair, quit your job? Move to a new city? Sign up for luxury pilates studio? Spend weekends at Spa’s, exploring the country you live in? Would you book those flights to Rome & Greece? Would you start writing the book that’s haunting you? Would you post the content you’ve be wanting too on social media? Would you start speaking up in those moments you stop yourself? Would you live a totally different life if you gave yourself permission….

Often you think it’s resources, restrictions, circumstances,  time restraints, budgets, but the truth is it’s actually you. Let’s be honest here, you’ve not given yourself permission to live the life you desire. You’ve not given yourself permission to allocate your resources and time to the things that you actually love and care about. This is totally a YOU problem. 

You’ve accepted a life, subscribed to an existence that doesn’t match the life you desire, and with that comes resentment, bitterness, judgemental thoughts and feelings, ESPECIALLY towards those that are living how you could only dream of. You seek the news to soothe and match your low vibration energy, gossip to reinforce your lack of self focus, and excuses to enable justification for why you are where you are. 

The issue is not stuck. It’s permission. 

So how do you change this? It’s actually very simple….Start unsubscribing from the life that doesn’t match what you want for your life… Morning scrolls witnessing Rebecca from schools highlight reel. Unsubscribe. Those draining phone calls with your sister? Unsubscribe. The cheap gym that you secretly despise? Unsubscribe. Over-giving at your under paid job? Unsubscribe. 

And with this new space and energy, bit by bit you can give yourself permission to invest in the life that’s occupied your mind and vision board for way too long. BECOME the version of you that lives the life you could only dream of, show up as her, without restrictions, your mom is not stopping you, people judging you are not the reason you shouldn’t live fully. This is your ONE life. Go grab it by the balls and GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION. You deserve it, you are worthy, you are eligible for the upgrade, for the timeline shift, for the transformation. Just… give yourself permission.

I give myself permission to…… (say it out loud, say it with conviction, say it like you fucking mean it). 

Your future depend on how much you can give yourself permission. Acorn or oak tree. Take your pic. 

Something I’ve come to realise is, doubt is just a trick. It’s just our monkey brains trying to protect us.

When you think about it, at the very least subconsciously, we feel uncomfortable with change. We as humans like habits and predictability. Doubt is just proof that we have made it to our destination. Stick with me now. When we have achieved our manifestation, even if it’s just in the 4D, our subconscious doesn’t always know what to do. This is a new mindset, a new lifestyle, new habits, all this change. Our monkey brains struggle to handle it. So it adds in doubt, to try and reel you back into your old way of life, before the manifestation.

“What if this is too good to be true?”

“What if this is only temporary?”

“What if it all goes wrong?”

It’s just our brains implying “we should just go back to our old way of living. It’s more safe and predictable.”

Maybe you’ve had a bad experience in the past, where you’ve manifested something and lost it. But the thing is, the past no longer exists. What’s done is done. No turning back. The future doesn’t exist either, which is why your brain hates the uncertainty and creates doubt. All you can do is focus on the present moment. Who do you want to be this current second? The version of you with your desires. That’s all you can do.

It especially happens when your manifestations are still yet to play out in the 3D, your brain can work with doubt more, convince you more that you should just play it safe.

It’s why when you persist, your monkey brain has no choice but to adapt. It’s uncomfortable, but it’s ur brain doing its job. Then you develop the habits of your desired self and that becomes the new norm, your new baseline. When you remain true to your desired reality.

Replace “what if it goes wrong?”, with “what if it goes right?”. Condition your mind to the idea of everything working out in your favour. You will be unstoppable.

The first thing you have to do is stop lying to yourself first and foremost. Stop pretending. Stop telling yourself how healthy you are when you continually feel physical pain that you’re not addressing. Stop believing he is perfect despite his inconsistent behaviour and sleepless nights he causes you. Stop convincing yourself you’re happy because you earn well despite your soul feeling empty.

To exist in truth starts with reflection. Throw those rose tinted glasses out the window and get really honest with yourself, question who you are, what you value, and what’s not aligned in your life. From this place, you can start to make space for a new path, a life of truth. A little less deceit.
