Four. Â Two relatively flat ones I sleep on, one misshapen one I cuddle with, and another flat one that protects me from hitting my head on the bookcase beside my bed.
44:Â Whatâs a band youâve been obsessed with lately?
Lake Street Dive. Â I've been listening to their last album on repeat [again] for the past week. Â There haven't really been any new obsessions lately. Â I've been cycling through all the old ones.
47:Â What is your favorite series of books?
This question makes my poor little book-loving heart hurt. Â I could say the obvious [Harry Potter - how could I not say Harry Potter?] or the still kinda obvious [Discworld - WHY ISN'T EVERYONE OBSESSED WITH THIS? Â There's just so much to love.], but I'm actually going to say the Inkheart trilogy by Cornelia Funke. Â
For those who don't know, it's a children's fantasy series in which certain people have the magical ability to transfer characters from stories into the real world just by reading aloud. Â The concept is super cool, the characters are interesting, and the plot is engaging. Â I really can't recommend it highly enough.

mandariins replied to your post âDO IT: 4; 16; 24 :)â
ohh, interested in your diet now. Did you also start exercising or it is just the diet?
Oh! Mind if I ramble on about it some more? Heh. I'm putting it under the cut since I don't want to bother anyone who might not be interested. It's going to be really long though!
I haven't started with any exercise yet, although CC said that I should do something else that isn't swimming because it makes one look rounder than toned (then she noted that my two years of swimming must be the reason why I got round ass. *blushes* LOL). Maybe I'll get into pilates or dancing.
Okay, here's the deal: I avoid anything that has processed sugar (instant coffee, bottled drinks, candies, ice cream, sweet pastries, etc.) and other bad carbs (white rice, white bread), but I replaced them with everything fiber-rich such as fruits and vegetables. I still need my carb intake, but I get them now from sweet potatoes, whole grain bread and the like. I still have my meat intake (fish, chicken breast), but I have decided to avoid pork and beef (bad cholesterol). I prefer to prepare my own food so that I know what exactly I eat. :D Also, I've resorted to baking, grilling and steaming my food instead of frying them in oil. If I do have to fry, I use olive oil, instead. Let me show you what I had for lunch today (I usually send them to CC but she's currently busy in her Turkey trip, didn't wanna bother her):
Fresh Spring Rolls (This one I ordered from a Vietnamese restaurant) Â and Baked veggies (carrots, eggplants, young corn, bellpepper & tomato) with chicken--in olive oil seasoned with basil, salt and pepper (cooked them myself!).
But, I think what helped me lose weight most is instead of eating my breakfast, I blend it--and I use a cleansing blend taught by CC: cucumber, carrots, apples and orange. I have this at one glass (8 ozs.) every morning.
It's done me wonders, so far. :) I have better digestion (pardon the TMI), and I've been sleeping better. I barely notice the changes physically (except that I fit better in my pants and dresses!) though my colleagues said that my face has slimmed down too. And, as I mentioned earlier, I can actually hold my notes longer now whenever I sing. Heehee.
I'm happy with how this has turned out even if you remove CC from the equation; although she pretty much is the starting point of me beginning to eat healthy, though I got discouraged that I've slowed down in losing weight after three weeks. But, CC encouraged me that at the end of the day, it's the healthy lifestyle that needs to develop, and losing weight is just a bonus.
My career. I know I have been rambling quite a while about how my job sucks, and I really have been working on getting a new work, but opportunities here are sparse. So, I've also started looking for open doors abroad. I've also started doing other jobs on the side (events management, makeup for special events) to keep things interesting.
24:Â A random fact about yourself
I've started a no-sugar, no-carb diet four weeks ago (with a big help from CC, bless her); I've lost 8 kgs. since I began (yay!). So far, I've also been sleeping better, and am holding my notes longer when I'm singing :D

18. Talk about a moment which made you question an entire ship.
That one scene in Gone with the Wind. I donât wanna get into it. Also when House drove his car into Cuddyâs house.
31. Talk about one of your favorite headcanons for a ship you love.
I saw a headcanon the other day about Scully being a crazy driver but not knowing it and Mulder not wanting to tell her but also not wanting to die. I didnât explain that very well but yeah I now accept that as canon.
send me an age and ill tell you what i would have been blogging about when i was that old: 16
My life was still Harry Potter, CSI:, and Murphy Brown reruns.  The Candice Bergen situation was still going strong.  AND THAT'S WHEN BOSTON LEGAL CAME INTO MY LIFE.  Holy shiz.  Flipping through the channels one night, and BAM!  There was Candice Bergen.  New obsession acquired.
