The riddler - Tim and Steph ( little puzzle freaks, Mr I solved Batman’s secret identity and miss i beat the shit out of my knock off riddler father)

Mad hatter - babs ( tech wizard, she would kick his ass too, girly is keeping that bastard in line)

Poison ivy - duke ( that’s ivys fav human, duke hates people cause of the joker, plus he’s a human solar panel for her plants)

Penguin - dick (you’re telling me the bird fanatic heard about the world famous the flying graysons and didn’t claim an orphan bird son?)

Two face - Jason (jays dad worked for two face for a while, so when Willis went to jail Harvey got stuck with a sad little smart kid)

Man bat - Damian ( he went to Gotham and took ‘son of the bat’ way too seriously)

Catwoman - cass ( sneaky baby and her sneaky cat mum, no killing plus mischief for cass)
