So this post is gonna turn into one of those posts where I share a lot of who I am & a lot of what I feel. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was turning a chapter in my life in starting a new job, leading into greater and stronger opportunities. I wasn’t sure who I would meet or what I would meet along the way. One of the tech’s I worked with was literally like my lil/big sis. I don’t think she has IG, which is fine (yes a tag has or will happen on Facebook). The more we worked with each other, the more she was able to practically be family. She’s forever family in book. As it was coming close to me leaving, I can’t speak on her feelings, but I personally thought that she was not ready for me to leave, but she loved working with me while I was there. We had a few conversations via messenger that I had something coming in the mail, but I had no clue what it was. She already got me some dry erase markers & pens (which are AWESOME), but she said “there’s something else coming”. Well, it was taking a while to arrive by mail, but she was gonna package it up herself & get it to me. I got off work, & found out that it was at my place to pickup. As soon as I opened the package & saw this, it made me feel whole. I might shock some people, but I had a love/hate for MJ, but I truly LOVED Kobe. I think his reputation exceeded his character. This is a book of quotes AND a journal since I’m ready to start a new chapter of writing and expressing, so this was an awesome from an awesome tech. Thanks Kell (also the note made it even greater).
