I have a grievance. I am so so SO annoyed at people posting or youtubers talking about Monsters to bring in a future Monster Hunter (Ascendance for example) mentioning Malzeno. Because the same problem always pops up : How do you do Malzeno without the Qurio, and how do you do the Qurio without Gaismagorm, and then is it even possible to do the Qurio without a Qurio storyline and Gaismagorm and still make it logical/interesting, ALL THAT without diminishing the end of Sunbreak's storyline. (I don't think Capcom cares THAT much but, there is still a good amount to consider) And so many of them come to the same conclusion : "Well let's bring back Primordial instead ! People love it even more and we don't have the problem anymore !" And I am always standing there dumbstruck, people, Half of Primordial's moveset is still based on the Qurio, half of its fight IS it being corrupted by and using the Qurio's power. AND THE QURIO IS THE ONLY REASON WE FIGHT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE !!??? Even not talking about Gaismagorm for a second how much that would take away from Sunbreak's story to have us just, hunt a non Qurio'd Primordial when the main thing about it and its lore is the fact it's not aggressive towards us, and ends up fighting alongside the hunter, even. I don't really think we'll ever get Primordial again UNLESS we already have Malzeno AND a Qurio storyline in the game. The only other solution I can envision is have a Primordial be corrupted by something else... ? But then again that would change half its moveset still. Like, I'm not missing something am I ??? It WOULD still be a problem ?? Yet I still see like, 5 different people try to make that point on the internet.
