Cake is done :)

So it's a chocolate cake, layered with chocolate buttercream and crushed Maltesers, covered in a chocolate butter cream, dark chocolate ganache, and Maltesers, Malteser reindeers, and Malteser truffles

Just to state a few things preemptively: I know my buttercream wasn't super smooth, but I have no piping bag or icing smoother thingy, so that was all done with a silicone spatula which I don't think is too bad. It does sorta suck I messed up the cakes, especially when my cakes are always praised for their moist airyness, but I just really am out of practice

And finally, but most importantly. I know that's a lot of sweets/chocolate on this cake, but keep in mind it's for a recently 14 year old boy, who was upset on his birthday that he couldn't find a cake with enough Maltesers on it/only Maltesers. This is all about my brother and what I know he wants, I wanted to make him his cake, not anyone else's ideal cake. Although in saying that, I did go dark chocolate ganache, and put less sugar in the cake and buttercream just to try and balance it out a bit. I am hesitant of the ganache and his view on it, but I'm hoping with the cake, buttercream, and Maltesers he won't mind so much
