You probably recall this striking look, which was created for Beyoncé's African diaspora-inspired visual album, "Black Is King". This is an impressive home-spun version which - thanks to Olay Noel's DIY ingenuity - was born out of foam, tissue paper, tape, silk, rhinestones, and a cake plate!
