@marcusrashford is known by millions because of his football career, however he is more then just footballer. During the peak of the Covid Pandemic, Rashford campaigned to get the government to do more for low income families during covid as he knew that many families would struggle to feed their children. Something has was happening way before Covid and he had had first hand experience of this. The government provided families in need with food vouchers during the summer holidays. Rashford continued to campaign for the government to do more and support these same families more and extend during all school holidays. The government rejected this. Rashford continued to fight and has since has helped raise over 20million for charities and got amazing support by the public and food brands, but he is not finished yet. Rashford has made it clear that he wants to help #endchildfoodpoverty and will continue to use his platform to do this in any way he can. He has helped petition for the healthy start vouchers amount to be increased.
