Being an eyeshadow fetish how can I miss out on a glitter eyeshadow palette?? Isn’t it a sin if I didn’t write something about my favorite glitter palette. I know that there are whole lot of videos on the topic that pressed chunky glitters are not intended for the eye area, but let’s not get into that!!  Being a sucker for sparkly glowy eyes, how can I stay away from glitters. My heart is weak enough to restrict them. So, I welcome wholeheartedly all shimmers, glitters, glimmers into my world of makeup. Lol!! I know that there are so many people out there who loves glitters, and sometimes a beautiful glitter could save your day!! Not exaggerating things, I know all makeup lovers could feel me, right?? A SHORT STORY ON HOW I LANDED UP ON THIS:

I earlier had a palette from cuffsnlashes named start dust and used it on clients every time my client allows me to show my creativity. (ha-ha sometimes brides are cautious to keep their makeup subtle). Every person who saw it for the first time, deliberately wanted to have it. But unfortunately, it got discontinued. So, I started shooting the brand with Instagram messages on its restock and the reply was because of high manufacturing cost they said it cannot be continued. So, I was left disappointed. One fine day, I was surprised when NIDHI di, the owner of this amazing Indian female owned brand posted on Instagram that they are coming up with a collab partnering shystyles and it includes glitters palettes. So immediately I pinged Nidhi di with all my expectations and assumptions drafted as a message. She was so kind enough to reply me clarifying my doubts. They then released the teaser of the collab, I was spell bound. Those shades reminded me of my lost love for glitters as my earlier palette was expired. This is how found this ultimate gem.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:

These two pretty palettes are priced at 499 INR each, and the brand often offers 10% discounts. I feel its fairly priced, as manufacturing glitters are pricey and to get the formulation right is itself a challenge to achieve.

Its exclusively available on Purplle’s @purplle.com official website. Sometimes the brand does give out freebies, if you purchase above certain amount. So, watch out guys.

Lasts for 4 to 5 hours without an eyeshadow primer as they are self-adhesive, but to make it long lasting and budge proof use an eyeshadow primer or glitter glue.

REASONS TO AVOID:

Actually, in this initial stage of blogging, I do really want to mention products without any flaw or negatives. So, there is no con. But sensitive eyes please be cautious to do a trial swatch first before putting it directly on eyes.

These are ultra-affordable glitter palettes in the Indian market. I would personally recommend it all makeup lovers who loves experimenting with their eye looks and to add glitters in their life. Highly recommend as its cost effective and worth every single penny spent. The brand’s primary vision of satisfying the customers makes me to support them as these are small makeup brands with big dreams. Being a makeup artist, I feel its my responsibility to support these customer friendly brands, as they always keep their prices fair in the world where brands just keep prices sky high, just to make people believe that they are of high standards and has a brand value. I wish this little effort of mine is noticed, so we could support amazing affordable brands.
