Do you too have dreams of your own Website?
I have been wanting to make my own website for nearly a year now. I even got myself a domain for my birthday! However, my coding experience is limited to redesigning my Tumblr theme every 5 years or so (read: a basically non-existent skill). Additionally, I didn't want to depend on Website Building Services, since that would kinda defeat the point of my own Website for me.
Yet, the Project just kept being buried under other Projects that I already had the Skill-Set for. Getting started, after all, is often the most difficult part...
So when Joe Hills recently came out with "Joe Hills says you can codeβ¦" and Lesson One happened to be "Make a bad web page first" ?!
You bet I took that as a Sign and an Opportunity to pick this Project up again!
... this is so fun. I know that this is a small start and there is a lot more to learn, but Joe not only provided a fun tutorial to follow along, nonono, he also provided additional resources to learn more. Ngl I actually have time and energy right now, and I've been wanting to do this for a year. I'm soso looking forward to the following lessons. This is great.
