The 1st issue of Namor the Sub-Mariner was published with an April 1990 cover date. The issue seemed to explain his past personality changes. A now more calm Namor used his finances to start a new company called Oracle Inc. The issue introduced Caleb Alexander, Carrie Alexander, Marrs Corperation (Phoebe Marrs, Desmond Marrs, Gerrold, Maitland, and Bevis), and Chief Ve'ehalo. They were created by John Byrne.
