Peachtober day 26- bear --- For todays prompt, I made a polar bear sat looking up at the starry nights sky. I used some crumbled up paper to create the snow and watercolours to make a galaxy in the sky. The polar bear itself was drawn with pen but I smudged it so I have recreated it on top digitally. ---

Peachtober day 25- stripes.
This is in similar to yesterday's post with an insect with a fun patterned background. A collage of a bee. Annoyingly this one didn't scan very well as the shiny gold card I used looked very dull when scanned in so I had to brighten it up digitally.
As its may, that means its mermay here in the art community. To join in with #mermay this year I have chosen to join in with @kidlitnest latest #drawingthisinyourstyle #kidlitnestdtiys #kidlitnestdtiys7 drawn by @srinidhidraws I painted the base in watercolours and drew on top digitally.
Here i have drawn @catsoopss 's draw this in your style. This little character is walking through the flower beds on a sunny day. I used lots of materials for this as I enjoy experimenting with materials and techniques. I used watercolour, oil pastels, soft pastels and pencils before drawing on top digitally to create the final illustration.
I do really enjoy doing dtiys as they give me time and ideas to be create and try out different techniques and materials without putting pressure on myself for the piece to be perfect. If you ever create a dtiys, please tag me and I might hopefully get round to joining in with it.
