Should I continue?
I wonder how long they've been planning Pokémon Legends ZA because the possibility of a fairy type Meganium makes me think of the fact that Meganium was highlighted in New Pokémon Snap. The first legends game hadn't been released yet but was probably in development and they might have already picked overlooked starters they wanted to rejuvenate with the legends series.
A while back I was working on my own concept for a legends zygarde game, well looks like that’s all going out the window now with the announcement of Pokemon Legends Z-A. I’m super hyped to go back to Kalos!
I figured I should post my old concept for the starters for this
Kalosian Meganium, grass/fairy, Based off of royality.
Kalosian Emboar, fire/steel. Based off of knights.
And Kalosian Primarina, water/psychic. Based off of a court jester.
They would also have mega evolutions but I never got around to making those, maybe one day I’ll make em. Who knows…

Megaynium
The Homoromantic Pokémon Megayniums are peaceful Pokémon easily identified by their rainbow colored flower. From those petals it emits an aroma that calms aggressive spirits. When breathed in it allows a a calmness to overcome the body where anger would normally cloud feelings and judgement. Anyone with negative emotions consuming them is encouraged to visit a Megaynium. As grass types, Megayniums thrive off being outdoors. They are avid gardeners, often using their breath to bring wilted plants back to life. Some researchers believe there is a connection between that and the aroma’s affect on emotions, though nothing has been proven as of yet. Exhibit caution when approaching an angry Megaynium as they do not wish to fight. It is much more likely to share with someone that has an open heart. With the right trainer or Pokémon, Megaynium will make their life beautiful.
