This story is roughly based off Nessa Barrett’s new song Buffalo 66.
Synopsis: Y/n has to follow 3 simple rules, 3 simple rules Chris made to ensure her safety and their relationships stability. 1. Don’t leave the house without permission. 2. Don’t speak to anyone other than Chris. And lastly 3. Stay out of any kind of trouble. So what happens when one evening Y/n decides to break said rules…
The mansions halls were dimly lit, shadows casting throughout the home. Heels clicked on the spotless marble floors.
Y/n glided down the hall in only her black pumps and long black silk dress. She usually spent her days alone, searching for something new to do.
People came in and out of the home but she didn’t acknowledge them, she wasn’t aloud too. Only Chris was aloud to hear her sweet voice, at least that’s what Chris told her.
His possessiveness took over her life, he didn’t allow anyone to speak or even look at her. It didn’t bother her that much, until this evening when she saw two other Mafia wife’s chatting on the living room couch.
Chris must be having a meeting with their husbands she thought. She was about to turn around, find another room to kill time in. Til one of them spoke “hello there” the blonde, flawless woman said.
Y/n’s breath caught, eyes widening, she knew not to engage. “Just turn around and walk back to your room” she thought. Yet her feet were frozen in place. “You must be Chris’s wife” The other woman said,
Y/n stood silent for a minute, analyzing their appearances. They seemed kind, harmless, just like y/n herself. Y/n thought for a moment “what harm would it be having a brief conversation with some mafia wife’s. The rule Chris made for me is only to keep me safe from bad men but these are woman like me, what bad could they do?”
Y/n took a deep breath and gave a shy smile, “y-yes I am”
The two woman looked at each other then back at y/n and in unison jumped up and pulled y/n to the couch. “This is just wonderful, I’ve always wanted to meet you!” The one woman said,
“Really? You wanted to meet me?” Y/n softly spoke. “Well of course we did everyone does, the mysterious bride of Chris Sturniolo.” The name stuck with y/n for a minute “mysterious bride”
“Everyone knows you exist, yet no one else really seen you or heard you speak. You’re like Chris’s prized possessions that he keeps locked away….anyway what’s your name? where are you from? How did you meet Chris? I need to know everything!”
The questions overwhelmed y/n slightly but she still answer them. “Well my name is y/n, I was born and raised in Boston and-” before y/n could finish a group of men appeared.
“Thank you for having us Christopher,” one of the big men said. “Of course, it’s my pleasure,-” Chris grinned at them. Until he saw her, his beautiful wife seemingly talking to two lousy mafia wife’s. Evidently breaking one of his simple rules.
His jaw clenched at the sight, he could tell y/n was guilty from just the look on her face. “Well it’s getting pretty late, see you boys next week.” Chris said before the other men got suspicious. Chris ushered each one of them out including there wife’s until it was just him and y/n left in the room
“I can explain-”
Chris grabbed y/n’s hand roughly, hard enough to leave a mark. “No. I do not want your excuses, you broke my rules now you must suffer the consequences.”
Y/n pleaded as Chris dragged her down the long hall to their shared bedroom. “Darling please I didn’t mean to break your rules. They were just so kind,”
Chris pushed Y/n on the bed, “you disobeyed me, you broke my trust and now you’re looking at me like I’m the monster!” Y/n’s frowned, “no, no you’re not!”
“I know, now shut up and take your consequence.”
Y/n laid back on the bed as she watched Chris undress himself til he was only in his boxers. He slowly climbed over her til she was fully underneath him.
Suddenly he planted his lips on hers, roughly. Some might say passionately others would say viciously. He work his way down to her neck licking, sucking, biting her delicate skin.
She winced at his roughness but never told him to stop. So he kept going down to her collarbones, “this can come off,” he said already pulling her silky dress off her to reveal her breasts.
He played with them for a minute but Chris doesn’t liked to tease when he’s angry he likes to get to the point. So after fondling with her breasts he immediately yanked her lacy thong off and got to what he wanted.
He kissed her one last time before pulling down his boxers and pushing his length into her. He didn’t wait for her to adjust, bad girls don’t get that luxury. Instead in pounded in and out of her repeatedly at a painfully fast speed.
At first it was painful, like always, but once y/n got use to Chris’s size her cries turned into moans, Chris’s favorite sound.
He lifted her legs up over his shoulders in attempt to go deeper. “F-fuck Chris you’re so deep..”
Chris swallowed y/n’s moans by kissing her. After a couple more thrust in and out Chris could feel y/n clenching around him. She was close, “Chris…Chris I-I’m close” Chris didn’t reply right away,
Instead he picked up the speed and whispered in her ear. “I’m gonna cum in this pretty pussy, fill you up real good til your knocked up, so then you’ll have some else to spend time with when I’m gone.” Y/n was to out of it to really register what he was saying.
“Your gonna look so cute with my cum spilling out of you…matter a fact your gonna be so cute pregnant with my baby…tell me sweetheart how much you want me to put a baby in you.” He increased the pace, getting closer by the second.
“I want you to put a baby in me,” y/n mumbled. “What was that sweetheart didn’t hear ya.”
“I want you to put a baby in me so bad!” Y/n moaned as she finally reached her climax.
Y/n’s walls clenched on Chris’s long, thick dick making him finish instantly, cum filling y/n to the brim.
After a minute Chris finally pulled out and watched as his cum leaked out of her. Then laid beside y/n pulling her into his chest, leaving her speechless from the events that just occurred.
She loved Chris wholeheartedly, but sometimes she’d wonder why she was in love with the one that held the gun. The one that was rough and cold yet so addicting to be around.
She wondered “why is it we loved what’s bad for us”. Because deep down she knew Chris could be the death of her. She knew she could run in the night and leave for good.
But truthfully she doesn’t like it when he’s gone and she doesn’t really mind being bound to his love.

“Please?” you begged, your lower lip pushed out in a pout, “I need this. We need this.”
Chris cocked an eyebrow, taking a deep breath as he rested his hip against the kitchen counter. He narrowed his eyes for a second, shaking his head, “A party?”
You closed the distance between the two of you quickly, resting your hands on his crossed forearms, “Nothing crazy! Just– you know… the families… some friends. I mean, you know…”
“Everyone?” He chuckled, finishing your sentence.
It’d been almost two weeks since the FBI raided your home, leaving everything a complete disaster. Chris was adamant you stayed in the hotel until everything was finished, insisting that you’d been through enough and didn’t need to see the house in the state that it was in. The Four Seasons was nice, but it wasn’t home and you were beyond ready to return to a somewhat normal schedule. Today was your first day back and instead of settling and relaxing, your mind immediately went into ‘party’ mode. After the craziness of the past month or so, you needed it. The families needed it. Your fathers betrayal was driving a wedge between everyone and this could be a good way for everyone to remember that we’re all in this together.
Gina and a couple of her friends worked day in and day out the entire time you were gone to get everything back in order, restocking the fridge, the pantry, and all of your baking essentials. Every book was placed back onto its rightful shelf, your old furniture was hauled out and replaced by a brand new version of itself, everything was organized and perfect. She deserved another raise.
Seb, Russo, and Romano coordinated a sweep for bugs, finding one in the kitchen and one in Chris’s study, both were promptly removed and destroyed, but it was evident that Chris was on the FBI’s radar and that wasn’t changing any time soon. Tony was still on the outs and he wasn’t happy about it. He’d been by the house several times to try and talk to Chris, but he didn’t trust him. Chief Anders swore up and down he wasn’t tapped, but still, Chris told you of his reservations and told you not to let him in the house if he wasn’t home.
Things were… complicated right now. But in a way, it felt like a fresh start. Your father being dead was a fresh start. For everyone involved in his web of lies and bullshit. A party was a great way to bring everyone together again.
You chewed on the inside of your lip for a second, bouncing on your toes, “Come on… don’t be such a grump, it’ll be fun! We all need it. You need it. The families need it.”
He sighed, shaking his head, “Cara…” he paused, a small smile on his face as he tapped the bottom of your chin with his index finger, “How could I ever say no to you? Especially when you’re wearing my clothes.”
“Well,” you bit back the grin threatening to spread across your face, “You did tell me whatever I wanted.” You also knew that Chris was putty in your hands when you wore his sweats around the house. You didn’t want to use the word premeditated… but it wasn’t far off.
His eyes rolled, “And I’ve regretted it every day since,” he teased, standing up straight and pecking the smile on your lips, “Ti amo, cara.”
“Ti amo, Chris,” you pressed another chaste kiss to his lips before pulling out your phone to let Lydia know of your plans, “Can you leave your card? The Riccis can cater. I’ll call a party planner and see how soon it can be put together.”
He snagged his wallet from the pocket of his navy chinos and pulled out his black card, handing it over, “Go buy yourself something, Y/N. An outfit for the party, something fancy. You deserve it, capito?”
“Chris…” you rolled your eyes, stepping towards him to take his card and sliding it into your pocket, “I don’t need anything, I’m home. We’re home. I’m happy.”
He shrugged, taking you by surprise and scooping you up, placing you on the kitchen counter and settling between your thighs. A sigh of contentment escaped his lips when your fingers raked through his hair, “Just– please. It’s our first day back and I’m gonna be gone all day. Grab Lydia, do something fun.”
You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him in closer, “I could think of a few fun things we could do…” you whispered, snaking your arms around his shoulders.
He let out an exasperated groan when the doorbell rang, making you throw your head back in laughter. He mumbled, well, more like cursed something Italian under his breath while he stomped towards the door. You smiled, hopping down and shooting over a quick text to Lydia to let her know you were going to be by in an hour or so.
Chris popped his head around the corner, “Gonna head out with Seb, got some club stuff to handle. You good here?”
“Yes, go,” you nodded, shooing him away with your arms. He’s been nervous about leaving you alone but after several ‘club business meetings’ you were bored and over it. It took several minutes of begging to convince him you’d be fine and he finally caved.
His eyebrow cocked, “You tryin’ to get rid of me?”
“Yes, my lover can’t come over if you’re here, you’ll kill him,” you teased, smirking when his expression hardened.
He stared at you deadpan, “You’re right, I will.”
His response made you roll your eyes and laugh, “Get out of here, caveman.”
Your heart melted when he winked, happy that he was letting his carefree side shine through his rock hard exterior. He’s been so guarded since everything that happened with your parents and it was nice seeing him start to relax a little bit. His brown dress shoes clicked against the hardwood as he made his way outside. It was still early so you decided to brew a cup of coffee, scrolling through your phone for local party planners to help get this show on the road. You weren’t exactly sure what you were planning, nothing too crazy, not like a party-party, just something small to help everyone get on the right foot again. You didn’t want to take advantage of his money, but you also knew that if Chris thought it would make you happy, he would spare no expense.
You leaned on the counter, supporting yourself with your elbows as you put in various inquiries for different businesses. Once the coffee was done brewing, you snagged the cup from the coffee maker and added some creamer, stirring slowly, your mind preoccupied with things you wanted to do.
You didn’t need to worry about décor, your home was perfect as is. A caterer was definitely something you’d need. You weren’t your mamma, cooking for that many people was well outside of your comfort zone.
The front door opened, pulling you from your thoughts. Looking up towards the foyer, you waited for the familiar click of Chris’s shoes after the door shut again. Your brows furrowed, “Hello? Seb?”
Standing up straight, you stepped around the counter to see who was in your home.
Tony stood at the door, his face sunken in with dark circles around his eyes, “Y/N.”
You’ve only been around Tony a handful of times, you didn’t know him really well, but the unease that swept through your body made you wish that Chris had never left. His face was unreadable but scary, “Ummm.. Tony?”
With every step he took towards you, you took two steps back, backing into the kitchen slowly.
“Y/N… How are you?”
You swallowed the knot in your throat, “Fine. Why are you here?”
“Chris around?”
Taking a shaky breath, you weighed your options. You could tell him the truth, that Chris wasn’t here. But that would mean he would know that you were alone and that didn’t sit well with you. You could lie, tell him that Chris was here, but he would eventually figure it out when Chris wasn’t where you said he was or didn’t come downstairs.
“Why?” you somehow managed to choke out.
He shrugged, “Just wanna talk,” he took another step in your direction, stumbling over his feet a little bit. He was drunk. Your eyes flickered to the clock on the stove, seeing it was only 10:30am.
“I’ll let him know you’re here,” you grabbed your phone from the counter.
Tony held his hand up, “NO!” he bellowed, reaching back and pulling a gun from his waistband. His hand fell against his thigh, the gun pointed towards the floor.
You froze, your trembling hands only a few inches from your phone. Chris couldn’t have been too far away, it wouldn’t only take him a second to get back here. Part of you wanted to laugh. Who the fuck did you screw over in the universe? First everything with your mamma, then your father, then the house being raided by the FBI. When was this shitshow going to end? You knew that with Chris being who he was, your life wasn’t going to be all rainbows and sunshine, you expected some roadblocks. But the fact that everything was happening right after the other was bringing close to your breaking point. All you were trying to do was spend the day with Lydia and plan a nice party, yet here you were standing in the middle of your kitchen with some drunk who was fucking armed.
“Tony… What is it you need? Can I get you something?” you asked, trying to keep your voice from shaking.
He stumbled over to Chris’s bar, momentarily turning his back to you, “You know, I knew that the boss was getting married,” he slurred.
You eyed him, chest heaving while your heart pounded in your chest. With his back turned still, you reached for your phone, swiping up once to unlock it and one more time to get to the home screen. Your hands quickly went back to your sides as he turned around, his hand wrapped around the neck of a bottle of whiskey.
He brought the bottle to his lips, closing his eyes while he took a long pull, giving you a second to hit the call button and select Chris’s name.
The whiskey sloshed around in the bottle when he dropped it back to his side, wiping his mouth with the back of the hand that held a gun, “I knew he was getting married, but I didn’t expect him to turn so fucking soft.”
You blinked back the tears in your eyes, noticing that Chris had picked up. You hoped you were speaking loud enough that he could hear you, “Tony, why don’t you put the gun down. We can talk about this, okay? Have I done something to make you mad?”
His eyes stayed locked on yours while he took another drag from the bottle, “You saw me.”
Immediately, you knew he was talking about that night at the precinct. You nodded, “Yes.”
“So it’s your fault,” he accused, gesturing at you with the hand that held the gun, making you flinch, “it’s your fucking fault that I’m being shut out.”
You took a couple of deep breaths, “Tony… I promise, I didn’t say anything to anyone.”
He scoffed, “You said something to that old man you were sitting with, I know you did. I was so fucking close–” he stopped, shaking his head and taking another pull.
“What are you talking about?” you thought maybe if you pretended to be interested in the conversation, it would give you more time until Chris got back, “So close to what?”
Tony sniffed loudly, scratching the top of his head with the butt of his gun, “It was going to work out, everything was going to be fine..”
He wasn’t making sense. His words were slurred, body swaying as he stood in place.
“What didn’t work out?” Your eyes flickered briefly to your phone, making sure Chris was still listening.
“You know, your father… He promised me a place in the ranks. All I had to do was get rid of Sebastian. He was the one thing standing in my way. And I almost did. I almost fucking did, but fucking McGrath didn’t finish the job. And then Chris put a bullet in your fathers brain and now here I am, fucking no where. Exiled from the families. I can’t even go on drug runs anymore!”
You gasped at his confession, your mind racing as you tried to put together what he said, “You… Sebastian… wait, Tony, did you order the hit on Sebastian?”
He took another long pull from the whiskey bottle, “Yes! I fucking paid the Irish to do it. Your father told me to! He said that was my shot. Killing Sebastian was my in. Y/F/N told me he was working with the Irish and that if I paid one of them to take him out, Chris would put me in. I would finally be making the money I was promised. Your father fucking lied, Y/N. He lied to me. McGrath is just as much of a snake as the rest of them.”
“Tony… please. I can’t help with whatever Y/F/N said or did to you. He was a horrible man and a liar. I’m sorry that things didn’t work out for you,” you said quietly, watching him as he swayed on his feet, his eyes half closed, “He was a bad man.”
He scoffed, taking a step towards you, “They’re all bad men, don’t you know that by now? You know what Chris has done. They’re all bad men.”
You gulped, the drunken haze he was in seemed to lift momentarily, “Tony–” you squeaked out as he moved closer.
Tony pointed the gun towards you, “You’re just as bad, Y/N. If it wasn’t for you, your father would still be alive.”
“You know what happened to my mamma. None of that would’ve happened if it weren’t for my father. He’s fucked over many people,” you paused, your eyes flickering from the gun to your phone. You could still see that Chris was listening, you just hoped he was on his way back and could hear you clearly. Your eyes met his, your lips quivering at the anger that flickered through his expression, “I’m so sorry that you were one of them, but you can’t blame that on me or Chris.”
“YES I CAN!” He screamed, causing you to flinch, a small whimper escaping your lips. The gun raised again as he took a few more steps towards you.
In hindsight, retreating to the kitchen probably wasn’t the best idea, because he quite literally had you backed into a corner. You watched as his gun lowered again so he could take a swig of the whiskey in his hand and you needed to think fast. Taking a deep breath, you moved quickly, grabbing the piping hot coffee from the counter and throwing it in his face. You winced when he dropped to his knees, crying out in pain. Breaking into a sprint, you made a beeline for the stairs, knowing if you made it to your bedroom, you’d be safe.
Tony yelled out in pain behind you, the sound of his gun hitting the floor made you feel a little better, but you’d left your phone on the counter and had no clue how to get ahold of Chris.
You’d made it to the landing when a familiar voice hissed out your name from the foyer. You turned, seeing Sebastian and Chris walking back in, their guns drawn.
“He’s in the kitchen,” you let out a shaky breath, Chris’s eyes raking over your body for injuries as you trembled on the stairs.
He dipped his chin, “Bedroom. Now.”
You nodded, your lips quivering. You took a second, not trusting your legs to make the rest of the climb. Breathe, Y/N. Chris and Sebastian disappeared from the foyer and you knew you needed to move if you didn’t want to hear what went down. There was no way in hell Chris was letting this man live.
Making your way to the bedroom, you pushed the door shut and walked to the bathroom. Just barely, you could hear Chris’s voice as he yelled, so you closed the door and turned the shower on, drowning out whatever was happening downstairs.
You sank to the floor, burying your face between your knees while trying to level out your breathing. Why was all of this shit happening to you? Neither you or Chris deserved all of this stress. And Sebastian… Tony may have paid McGrath, but your father was the one who put that idea in his head. Your father had nearly killed Sebastian and gotten Chris stabbed. The weeks following were so hard on everyone and the whole time, it was your fucking father who’d orchestrated the whole thing.
The steam from the shower filled the room, weighing down your lungs as you steadied your breathing. As much as you loved Chris, it felt like this marriage has done nothing but fuck up everyone’s lives.
Your whole body tensed, the unmistakable sound of a gun firing off echoed through the house. You squeezed your eyes shut, briefly panicking and thinking that something could’ve gone wrong and it could be Seb or Chris that was hurt. Tears prickled your eyes, your breathing stilled while you waited. You listened for someone to call out your name or the familiar tap of Chris’s shoes against the floor.
Slowly, you stood, walking over to the shower and turning the water off. Still nothing. You’ve definitely learned your lesson and you were staying put. He hadn’t explicitly told you not to leave the bedroom, but you weren’t going to challenge the menacing tone he used earlier. Instead, you exited the bathroom, taking a seat on the bed and crossing your legs. You picked at the skin around your fingernails, waiting for someone to come get you.
After several more minutes of silence, a sigh of relief fell from your lips when you heard Chris’s shoes getting closer and closer to the bedroom door. You eyed the shadow under the door as he got closer, his knuckles tapping gently before he pushed it open.
He stood in the doorway for a second, eyes watching you carefully, “You okay?”
You nodded, chewing on the inside of your bottom lip. You swiped at your cheeks, wiping away a few stray tears.
Chris took a step towards you, “Cara–
“Just– I need a second,” you held your hand up.
He paused, you desperately tried to ignore the hurt that flickered through his eyes as he watched you. His adam’s apple bobbed, “Please stay up here until I come get you.”
Dipping your chin, you hid your face from Chris as tears threatened to spill over. You knew Chris was worried that you were scared of him and needed a second from him after what you assumed he’d just done for you, but that was so far from the case. You just couldn’t express that right now. You were so overwhelmed with grief and guilt that you couldn’t possibly speak with him right now without breaking down and you’d done enough of that over the past couple of weeks. The door shut quietly, the sound of Chris’s shoes fading as he made his way downstairs.
All of this was happening because you’d gotten married. You weren’t stupid, Chris was killing way before you came along, but you couldn’t help but feel like all of this killing recently was because of you. He promised you the world and promised that he wouldn’t let anything happen to you, but this was all too much. He was promising too much. You laid your head back against his pillow, the smell of his shampoo wafting around you, making you burst into tears. It was like you’d done nothing but bring issues and hardship to Chris’s life and it wasn’t fair to him. You curled into the fetal position, cocooning yourself in the comforter as you cried. How was it possible that all of this shit has happened within just a month or so? You were exhausted. Mentally, physically, all of the above, and it never seemed to end.
You weren’t sure how much time had passed, your phone was still in the kitchen and the blackout curtains prevented you from seeing the change in light.
After a while, you were awoken to the feeling of the bed sinking behind you, Chris’s hand resting on your ribcage, “Cara?”
You sniffled, your nose stuffy from crying yourself to sleep, “Hey,” you croaked, rolling over to face him.
“Are you okay?”
You couldn’t read his face, but his voice sounded different… his voice didn’t crack or waver, but he was unsure. Less confident than he normally was. You could tell he was nervous, like he didn’t want to know the answer.
Your lips quivered as all of your previous concerns and thoughts flooded your brain, “I’m so sorry,” you choked out, your hands covering your face.
Chris moved closer to you, his hand reaching up to uncover your face, “What could you possibly have to apologize for, Y/N?”
“Everything, all of this is my fucking fault, Chris. Everything bad that has happened is a result of us getting married. My mother is dead because we got married, Sebastian was beaten because we got married. None of this would be happening if–” you stopped yourself from finishing your sentence. Sighing, you looked up at Chris, “I’ve only brought hate and murder into your life. Chris, I love you so much. So fucking much, but you’ve killed for me. For me. How can you not resent me for that?”
His cerulean eyes stared into yours, his brows furrowed deep in confusion, “Y/N, I don’t blame you for anything,” he reached out, cupping your cheek with his calloused hand, “How you can sit here and say that you’ve only brought hate and murder into my life, is blowing my fucking mind. Yes, baby, I have killed for you. And I would do it again, in a fucking heartbeat. Because I protect what is mine. And if anyone threatens that, they pay. No questions asked,” you started to interject, but he held up a hand, “Please, just let me finish, yeah? You say that you brought nothing but hate into my life… Cara, how can you not see how much you’ve changed me? For the better? I know love because of you. I know passion, and desire, laughter, and happiness, because of you. My life knew nothing but hate and murder before you came along and showed me that there’s something more to life than being powerful and intimidating.”
You gasped a shaky breath, your lips trembling at his confession, “Chris…” you shook your head, rendered speechless.
He leaned in, capturing your lips in a deep, passionate kiss. Normally, when Chris kissed you, it said all of the things he couldn’t put into words. But right now, Chris had done the talking and this was fortifying what was said only moments ago.
You wrapped your arm around his shoulders, pulling him into you briefly before sitting back, “I love you,” you whispered, resting your forehead against his.
He cupped the back of your neck, leaning in so you could feel the softness of his breath against your parted lips, “I love you, cara. Hai tutto il mio cuore.” (you have my whole heart)
You sniffled, “Sempre e per sempre.” (always and forever).
“So,” Chris started, leaning back to meet your gaze, “Should we plan this party or not?”
You let out a laugh, “Didn’t you just shoot someone in our kitchen?”
“You can’t tell.”
“Jesus christ,” you palmed your forehead, shaking your head, “Yeah, let’s plan this party.”
A week later, you stood in the kitchen with your fingers wrapped around the stem of a wine glass, Chris’s arm around your waist. A smile spread across your face when you took in the scene around you.
This is what everyone needed. The Riccis and the Stans stood on the other side of the kitchen, laughing at something that Lydia said, Sebastian staring affectionately as she threw her head back laughing.
Romano stood off to the side with his wife, Violet, watching their 4 and 6 year old run around the living room, Vinnie’s wife sat by the pool with their 11 year old.
Russo, Vinnie, and a couple of other guys you didn’t recognize stood around the grill, beers in hand while they cooked. When the idea of a party was brought up, they insisted on cooking out when you made a comment about hiring a caterer. This was why it was called ‘the families’. They had no one else to relate to, no one else they could trust enough to laugh with. Your father had put them through enough.
You felt a twinge of sadness in your chest, feeling somewhat incomplete without your mother here. Granted, she never connected with these men and their wives like you had, but it still felt like she was missing out.
Chris' lips brushed against your temple, “You okay?”
You considered his question for a second, looking up and meeting his gaze, “I think so,” you looked around the room one more time before meeting his eyes again, “You need to call a meeting with McGrath.”
“Not fucking happening,” he snapped.
You rolled your eyes, “With my father and Tony no longer… around… things should be easier to navigate with them. Y/F/N was a horrible man who fed a lot of people a lot of lies. Just… see if you can work things out with him,” you shrugged, like this wasn’t a huge ass deal, “I know what he did to Sebastian is unforgivable, but… I don’t know, maybe it’ll help in the future.”
Chris tried his best to hold back a smile, “When did you become the wife of a don?” he teased, making you laugh.
Spinning around so you were face to face, you set your wine glass down on the counter sliding your arms around Chris’s neck, “Do it or don’t do it, I just– I don’t know, it doesn’t hurt to try and have a fresh start. Ya know?”
He nodded, his arms moving to secure around your waist, “I get what you’re saying, but things have been… difficult with McGrath for years. He hated father, he hates me…” Chris shook his head, “It’s a lost cause.”
You shrugged, “It might be, but you’ve never tried… so you can’t really know for sure now can you?”
“God woman…”
Before he protested any further, you stretched up and pressed a soft kiss against his lips, “Just think about it. It takes some pressure off of everyone. That’s all I’m saying.”
His lips captured yours one more time, lingering for a moment while one of his hands slid down to cup your ass, “You’re giving me a run for my money, cara.”
Lydia walked towards the two of you, making a gagging noise, “God, get room.”
You winked at Chris before turning around to face Lydia, sticking your bottom lip out in a fake pout, “But we like an audience,” you whined.
Her face scrunched up in disgust, “God, that– I didn’t– I hate you,” she laughed, pouring herself another glass of wine.
Chris’s hand slid from the small of your back as his phone pinged from his pocket. He smiled, shooting you a wink before mouthing, I’ll be back.
Lydia’s arm slung around your shoulder, pulling you closer to her body, “Where’s he going?” you followed her gaze as she followed Chris out of the room.
“Not sure,” you shrugged, turning to pull her into a hug, “I love you, you know that right?” You took in the familiar scent of her vanilla perfume, sighing, “Thank you,” you whispered.
You felt her squeeze your shoulders gently, “What could you possibly be thanking me for?”
“Everything,” you shook your head, pulling away from her to grab your glass of wine, “I honestly don’t know where I’d be in life without you.”
She laughed, “I wish I could say lonely and single, but unfortunately, I did nothing to help you out on that front,” she winked before gasping softly, her eyes drifting over your shoulder.
You furrowed your brows, turning on your heels to see what she was gasping at, your hands flew to your mouth. Chris walked into the kitchen area, a beautiful dog with reddish-golden fur at the end of the leash in Chris’s hand. The pup had a patch of white fur around his snout that went all the way down his chest and belly, with a fluffy tail that wagged at a speed that could knock a small child off of its feet. Your eyes flickered from the dog to Chris, then back to the dog and each time his little head tilted, you fell more and more in love, “Chris…” you took several deep breaths, hoping that this was exactly what you thought it was, “Is this– is he? Don’t play games with me,” Lydia laughed at your state of shock.
Chris grinned, chuckling softly, “Y/N… Meet Dodger.”
“Is he… mine?” You clutched your chest, still looking back and forth from Chris and Dodger.
He scoffed, “Well… he’s ours.”
Laughing, you timidly walked over to where Dodger sat, patiently waiting for your snuggles. You let out a shaky breath, trying not to cry over his grand gesture, “He’s ours?” you squeaked.
“Ours, baby,” he leaned down to unclip his leash, Dodger remaining perfect still, his head tilted towards Chris, waiting for instruction on what to do next.
“He’s very well-trained,” you noted, your voice barely a whisper, almost scared to pet him and distract him from his perfect behavior.
Chris crouched, eye-level with the pup and patted the top of his head, “He is. I got him from a trainer who adopts dogs that show promise from shelters and trains them to protect and guard,” he lowered his voice so only you could hear, “He’s also very good with kids, I hear.”
You took a shaky breath, eyes clouded with emotion, “He is?” You knelt down in front of Chris and Dodger. Despite his tail wagging, you never would’ve known how excited he was. He was very stoic, all business, just like Chris. Fitting. It shouldn’t surprise you that Chris wouldn’t come home with just any dog. It shouldn’t surprise you that Dodger was a rescue, it made perfect sense. “Can I… pet him?”
“Dodger, free.”
And with that, he was off. He took off around the kitchen, stopping to smell everyone's shoes for a second before moving onto the next person. You laughed watching him run through the living room, his nose to the ground as he familiarized himself with his new home.
Chris stood, extending his hand to help you off of the ground. His arms wrapped around your waist as you watched Dodger roam, “I didn’t think I’d have to compete for attention,” he grumbled.
You chuckled, throwing your arms around his neck, “It’s been 4 seconds and you’re already jealous?” You shook your head before pulling his lips to yours. His grip around your waist tightened as Lydia cat-called and whistled behind you, Chris smiling against your lips, “I love you, Chris. Thank you.”
“Anything for you, amore mio.” He pulled away from your embrace, dipping his chin towards where Dodger sat next to Sebastian, “He’s a good dog. Playful, but protective when he needs to be. I’ll feel better about leaving you when he’s here.”
You smiled softly, snuggling into his side, “Always so protective, my little caveman.”
He scoffed, “little?”
You threw your head back laughing, “Of course that’s what you’re worried about. Don’t worry, ragazzone, I know you’re not little,” (big guy) you teased, patting his chest before walking towards Dodger and Sebastian.
The rest of the afternoon flew by quickly and before you knew it, the last guest had left and the sun was long gone behind the trees that lined the horizon in the backyard. You stood on the patio with your arms crossed over your chest as Dodger ran around on the grass.
The backdoor slid open, Chris making his way over to you. His hands rubbed up and down against your upper arms for a second before his chin rested against the top of your head, his arms wrapping you in a tight embrace, “Okay, you can say it.”
Your brows knitted together, “What? Say what?”
“I told you so.”
“For what?” you questioned, watching Dodger sprint back and forth across the yard.
“This party,” he mumbled against your hair, “The families… they needed it.”
You chuckled, melting into his embrace, “Hmm. I was right, wasn’t I?”
“Don’t let it go to your head,” you felt his chest shake while he laughed. He sobered up after a second, “I talked with the Riccis and the Stans tonight, I’m gonna reach out to McGrath.”
You spun in his arms, looking up at him, “Really?!” The tender smile on his lips melted your heart.
“Really, cara.”
“Only if you think it’s a good idea, Chris… I mean, I don’t really know anything so–”
“Y/N,” he interrupted, “It was a good idea. I promise. I wouldn’t have brought it up if it wasn’t.”
You let out a small sigh, unsure of the feeling in your chest. For the most part, you were proud of yourself for adjusting to this life. From what you’d been told, you were expected to live a life where you were to be seen and not heard, unable to defend yourself, and in a loveless marriage and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Chris valued you, as a wife and as his partner in life. He valued your opinion and loved you with everything he had. Despite the whirlwind of emotions you’ve felt over the past couple of months, the one you were stuck on now was happiness. This right here, was a fresh start. The chaos that ensued during the first several months of your marriage was seemingly over and while no one got out scot-free, you were hopeful for the future.
A kiss to your temple pulled you from your train of thought, “It’s getting late, why don’t we head upstairs?”
You stared up at Chris for a second before cupping the back of his head and stretching up to press your lips against his. His grip around your waist tightened as he pulled you closer, the familiar taste of spearmint flooding your taste buds when he parted your lips, deepening the kiss. Your fingers tangled in Chris’s hair, attempting to pull him closer.
You pulled away and laughed when Dodger wiggled his way between you and Chris, his tongue hanging out of his mouth as he panted and whined, begging for attention.
You chuckled again, leaning down to scratch him behind the ears as Chris rolled his eyes, muttering, “Damn dog,” under his breath before making his way back towards the house, “Come on, let’s head in.”
Dodger happily complied, trotting over to Chris and following him through the sliding glass door.
“I’ve got some stuff for him in the study, bowls, toys, a bed. I’ll go grab it.”
“A bed?” you questioned, knowing that Dodger would end up sleeping with the two of you.
Chris nodded, “A bed, Y/N. He will not be sleeping with us,” he demanded before turning and walking towards the study.
You laughed, shooting Dodger a wink, “Don’t worry, buddy, you’ll be sleeping with me,” you whispered.
I hope you keep writing this as your story is already heading in a completely different direction.
Yes it’s a forced marriage and a horrible father but how many other people have written that too.
There are so many Mafia Chris stories because people are interested in reading them.

Fiona was eating cold toast that had been sitting out for who knows how long. She sat at the kitchen island in her pajamas trying her best to stay positive with the circumstances she was under.
But it’s been 7 days since Fiona and Chris had their fight and Chris hasn’t uttered a single word to her since. He also hasn’t allowed her back into their bedroom which has resulted in barely any sleep for Fiona.
Thinking about it terrified Fiona, Chris rarely apologized after getting angry with her. Even if he was wrong in the situation he usually would just pretend like it didn’t happen later on and they’d just move on.
But now Chris hasn’t even made an effort to speak to Fiona nor did he let her speak to him. Fiona no longer even cared about the fight they had, she was just simply yearning to be able to speak to him again.
Without Chris to keep her company Fiona has found herself wandering around the garden in the back of the estate more often than she used to.
She’d pick flowers she thought were pretty and make a mini bouquet out of them. There were so many flowers to pick from but Fiona felt most drawn to the red roses in the center of the garden.
One by one she’d pluck a rose from the bush. As she sat on the ground her dress was beginning to get dirty, she didn’t mind it though it’s not like she had anyone to impress with it at the moment.
“Ouch,”
Fiona whimpered after pricking her finger on one of the roses. She sucked on it in an attempt to make the bleeding stop. She huffed, after the bleeding wouldn’t end which meant she had to cut her time in the garden short to grab a bandage.
When she started to walk out of the garden she spotted a fluffy, white creature limping around. Her curiosity got the best of her and she decided to investigate. She stepped closer to the creature and realized it was an adorable baby bunny.
She crouched down to see what was wrong with it and noticed its paw was bleeding. “Oh no,” she whispered, she moved cautiously closer so she could pick it up. To her surprise it didn’t put up a fight when being ushered into Fiona’s delicate hands.
She no longer paid attention to her bleeding finger instead she was ecstatic about getting a potential pet.
“Don’t worry little bunny, I’ll take care of you.”
Excitement ran through Fiona’s veins as she skipped into the house. She hasn’t had anything thrilling happen to her in awhile. Without Chris the days stretched into unnecessary hours of boredom.
Now though she finally found a new companion to happily spend her days with. Even if the bunny didn’t talk, at least she had another living thing in her presence.
She took it to the kitchen so she could properly bandage it up. She wasn’t really sure how to but she knew she’d be able to figure it out.
She set the bunny down on the counter, “Stay right there.” She said to the bunny as if it could understand what she was saying. She searched for the bandages she knew were hiding somewhere. Since she’d often see Chris come back late at night from some sort of hit with wounds and immediately go to the kitchen to clean up.
Eventually she found just what she was looking for. “Ah ha,” she lifted it up and ran back to the bunny. “Here you go mr bunny,” she wrapped the bandages around its paw. “Soon you’ll be all better and hopefully be my new pet and we can do so many things together like-”
“What are you doing Fiona?”
Fiona froze, she didn’t need to look over to know who it was. Nor did she know how to react to it either. Chris hasn’t even looked at her since the fight, so she definitely wasn’t expecting him to appear so suddenly out of nowhere.
“I-I found a hurt bunny in the garden…I was hoping to bandage it up and keep it.” Fiona’s nerves slowly began to creep up on her.
“You want to keep a injured bunny?”
Fiona nodded hesitantly, “give me the bunny,” Chris said, reaching his hands out.
“What are you going to do with it?” She asked,
“I’m going to put it out of its misery.” Chris sternly said, Fiona could tell that this wasn’t the Chris she was used to. This was the Chris that she first met when she got kidnapped. Cruel, callous, emotionless.
“No! Please let me keep it!” Fiona begged stepping away from Chris.
“Fiona, do not disobey me right now. Give me the bunny.” Fiona looked down at the cute, innocent face of the bunny. She was conflicted, she didn’t want to get Chris even more mad at her but she didn’t wanna just let him kill her new friend.
“Im sorry,” she whispered to the bunny as tears brimmed in her eyes. Her lip quivered as she handed off the bunny to Chris.
She watched as he casually walked away, as if he didn’t just rip her heart out once again.
She returned back to her bedroom, god she hated saying that. She hated being all alone in that stupid bedroom, she hated being neglected by Chris, she hated everything that was happening to her right now.
Since she no longer has a cute little bunny friend to keep her company she was back to square one of being alone.
It was now way later in the day, if she could she would stay in her ‘bedroom’ for the rest of the day but unfortunately her hunger got the best of her. So now she’s venturing out to the kitchen to look for some sort of food.
Usually Chris would have the maids make them something but currently he was putting in no effort to do any of that. So she found a stale granola bar in the back of the cabinet. She shrugged her shoulders and began to eat it.
Each bite made her spiral more and more, she couldn’t take Chris’s silent treatment anymore nor his mean side. She missed when they would be with each other all day and he’d be somewhat nice to her.
She looked down the long hallway where a little glimpse of light spilled out of Chris’s room. He had the door cracked open, her intrusive thoughts told her to walk towards it, see if Chris would finally have a proper conversation with her. He did speak to her earlier, even if it was to take her bunny away still he spoke.
Usually she’d let her anxious thoughts take over by now, talk her out of going, tell her he’d come to her if he really wanted to talk. But not tonight, her feet automatically began to walk to the light.
One step after another, her dedication blinded her from her worries.
Once she finally made it to Chris’s room she gently knocked on the door even though it was cracked open. There was no reply so Fiona took the initiative to let herself in.
She pushed the door open carefully, and immediately saw Chris’s figure sitting on the bed facing away from her.
Fiona took a long and deep breath, “can we talk?” She softly said. Chris didn’t even turn around to look at her, “no.” It was so simple yet it felt like a punch to the gut.
Fiona paused for a moment, debating if she should just leave and try another day. But no, she was too determined to give up, she closed the door behind her and slowly stepped closer to Chris.
Now standing right in front of him she asked once again, “please I just want to talk for a moment.” Chris looked up at her, no emotion shown in his face per usual.
He unexpectedly stood up, “sit” he ordered, Fiona took that as a victory for now.
“What do you wanna talk about?” Chris walked back and forth within Fiona’s eyesight.
“I just wanted to say I’m sorry for telling you, you control my life.”
Chris humorlessly laughed, “that’s all you wanted to say? That you're sorry about what you said.” When Chris said it like that it made her words sound weak. She didn’t want them to be weak, she wanted them to show how much she cherishes their relationship.
“Fiona, I’ve realized these past couple days that you were right. I am overprotective over you, I am possessive over you, and I do things to you that are controlling.”
Fiona cut him off, “But I don’t care about that anymore, I don’t care that you told everyone not to talk to me or that you don’t let me leave the house. I don’t even care that you killed the bunny! Please just don’t shut me out anymore!” She shouted,
“Sweetheart face it, I’m just not good for you. You hate my ways of keeping you safe, you disobey me all the time, and though I hate to admit it I am controlling, I like having power over you but that’s not what you want and if that’s not what you want it’s not what I want either. You’d be better off just leaving…”
Tears began to spill from Fiona’s eyes, her heartbreaking once again. “But what I want it is to be with you! And I’ll be whatever you want to do that! Please just don’t make me leave!” Fiona begged
“You let me degrade you, manipulate you, abuse you, control you, and yet you're still begging to be with me!” Chris barked,
“I-I don’t care! I love you!” The words slipped out of her mouth but she couldn’t bother to overthink it now.
Chris stared at her, “you love me…”
“Yes of course I do! So please can we just go back to the way it used to be? I'll do anything you want.” Fiona reached out to grab Chris’s hand.
Chris sighed, running his free hand down his face. He looked down at Fiona’s hand that grasped onto his then at Fiona. “Anything?”
“Anything, I’m all yours”
Chris throughout the silent 7 days he spent without Fiona. Had convinced himself that the best thing for Fiona would be for her to leave. She just wasn’t cut out for the type of relationship Chris wanted. In their fight she made it clear she was being suffocated by his possessiveness so why would he want to keep suffocating her.
Everytime he watched her pick flowers in the garden through his window, every time he’d see her crying in her room all alone only convinced him more.
But at this moment he doubted those thoughts. Maybe Fiona didn’t actually mind being controlled, maybe she actually did like their toxic dynamic, maybe her brain was so infiltrated with Chris even when she questioned his actions she still didn’t want a life without him she just wanted to vocalize her frustration.
Chris has Fiona wrapped around his finger and knows exactly how to keep both of them happy in this relationship. “Fine. If you’re so adamant on staying then I need you to follow 3 simple rules for me.” Fiona nodded her head desperately,
“1 I will allow you to leave the house on occasions but you have to get permission from me first and you can’t go out on your own, only with me. 2 don’t ever speak to anyone except me unless I tell you you can. And lastly don’t get into any trouble with me, I’ve had enough with your bratty attitude.”
Chris waited for Fiona to say something, the longer she took the more Chris would wonder. What if she changed her mind, what if she realized she doesn’t want this lifestyle anymore.
He was pulled out of his thoughts when he felt Fiona’s petite body hug him tightly. She mumbled “okay,” into his chest then pulled away enough so she could see his face. “Can I sleep in here again?”
Chris chuckled, “of course sweetheart,”
Fiona bounced around the room, squealing as if she just won the lottery. She ran to ‘her’ bedroom and swiftly collected all her things before running back to her old bedroom.
She dumped everything on the floor and ran up to Chris, jumping into his arms. Her excitement went beyond what she could comprehend. She withdrew herself from the hug once again. This time she gazed into Chris’s eyes.
Her adrenaline died down a bit and now she was left with pure and peaceful love in her heart. She rested her hands on Chris’s chest, endearingly looking up at him.
“Whatcha thinking sweet girl?” Chris playfully asked.
“I wanna…have sex with you.” The delicate words spilt out of her mouth sounded like melodies to Chris’s eyes.
“Are you sure?”
Fiona nodded, “I need you to verbally tell me sweetheart.”
“Yes I’m sure.”
Chris threw her on the bed the second he heard yes come from her mouth. He climbed over her delicate body embracing her into a long, passionate kiss. “Fuck baby, you don’t even know how long I’ve been waiting for this.”
He kissed her lips all the way down to her collarbone as he unbuttoned his shirt revealing his abs and scars all over his chest. Fiona ran her hand across every single one.
“Can I take this off sweetheart,” Chris said referring to the black nightgown she had on.
Fiona nodded, he quickly peeled the fabric off her exposing her pale breasts and pink panties. Chris took it all in, “fuck.” He groaned.
He ran his fingers over the wet spot on Fiona’s panties making her whole body twitch. “So wet for me already sweetheart?” Fiona bit her lip violently, nodding her head.
He chuckled to himself as he gently pushed the thin fabric to the side and dipped his two fingers into Fiona’s pussy. A soft moan escaped Fiona’s mouth, only making Chris harder than he already was.
He began to pump his fingers at quick speed, “fuck Chris,” Fiona’s started to clench around Chris’s fingers he thought he might lose circulation. A coil began to tighten in Fiona’s abdomen.
Then right as Fiona teetered on the edge of climaxing Chris added in a third finger continuing to pump violently fast and just like that the coil in Fiona’s stomach snapped, making her unravel in Chris’s arms as she rode out her high. She whimpered as Chris overstimulated her with his fingers.
“Please Chris,” she whimpered
“Please what? Use your words baby,” Chris condescendingly said knowing it would irritate Fiona.
“I need you!” She whined,
“If you insist,” with that, Chris rapidly took off his pants and boxers along with Fiona’s panties. Uncovering his big, hard dick, Fiona has seen it before plenty of times but for some reason seeing it now made her a little bit nervous. “It’s really big..”
Chris chuckled, “you can take it.”
Chris began to pump himself a couple times before lining up with her entrance. “You ready baby?”
Fiona whimpered in response, Chris then gave one good thrust inside Fiona’s tight hole. He eased himself in until he bottomed out. Fiona suddenly felt a painfully good type of fullness she has never felt before. The pleasure mixed with pain made Fiona see stars.
Chris waited until Fiona fully adjusted and once she did he began to thrust in and out of her at an unapologetically fast pace.
“Fuckkk-Chris!” She moaned, Chris leaned down to swallow each and every one of Fiona’s sweet whimpers.
Chris lifted Fiona’s legs up onto his shoulders unlocking a new angle that made Fiona’s brain go fuzzy.
“Ugh-f-fuck…daddy,” Fiona unintentionally moaned out, as aggressively thrusted into her. Chris’s rhythm faltered for a moment after hearing her say that. Fiona was too fucked out to even realize what she said but Chris wasn’t.
“Say that again,” Chris’s words finally got Fiona’s attention. “Hmmmm,” Fiona hummed, still super cock drunk.
“Say. It. Again.” Chris ordered and immediately Fiona understood what he was referring to.
“Fuck daddy,”
Chris picked up his pace, getting even more turned on by Fiona’s words. “Fuck, ugh…d-daddy t-too much.” Fiona whimpered as a couple tears prickled down her face. But Chris did not care, he was too lost in how good Fiona’s walls felt around him.
Fiona walls once again started to clench around Chris, he could tell she was close. “You needa cum baby?”
Fiona moaned uncontrollably as she nodded, “Y-Yes daddy,”
“Cum for me sweetheart,”
Fiona’s climax hit suddenly, sending shockwaves through her body. Her back intensely arched and her eyes rolled to the back of her head as she rode the wave of her high once again.
Following not too short after her, Chris’s dick began to twitch once he felt Fiona’s walls clench around him. And with that he gave one last thrust before releasing his load into Fiona.
“Fuck sweetheart, you trying to kill me?”
Fiona giggled, as she ran her hands through his messy hair. Chris cautiously attempted to pull out but Fiona quickly stopped him. “Wait, wait…can you just keep it in for a little longer.” She asked not wanting the full feeling to go away.
Chris was slightly surprised, he wasn’t expecting that from her but he definitely wasn’t gonna say no. “As you wish,” he mumbled.
Chris then laid down next to Fiona making sure to not accidentally pull out. Then he wrapped his arms around her to keep her close. She nuzzled her face into his chest and for a while, they sat in peaceful silence.
Chris played with little strands of Fiona’s hair as Fiona drew circles on Chris' back. After some time passed Chris finally spoke up, “you know…I never killed the bunny.”
Fiona whipped her head up to look at Chris, “I know I’m a cruel man but still I wouldn’t do something like that to you.” He admitted,
“Where is it then? You said you were going to put it out of its misery.”
Chris drew in a sharp breath, “I was but then my heart just stopped me from doing it. I gave it to one of the maids to take to the vet so he can properly heal. The bunny should be back here in a couple days.”
Fiona gasped, “really! I-I get to keep the bunny!”
“I suppose,”
She squealed, “Thank you baby, I love you so much” she hugged him even tighter than she was before.
“I love you too sweetheart,” Chris murmured,
After another pause in their conversation Chris spoke again, “You’re mine forever…you know that right?”
“Of course I do,” she whispered
“Say it.”
“I’m yours forever and ever and ever and ev-”
Suddenly Fiona stopped, Chris looked down at her and realized she had fallen asleep.
“Goodnight my love,” Chris kissed the top of Fiona’s head before finally letting himself drift off into sleep.

CW: Mentions of kidnapping, guns, violence, cursing (I think), lmk if there’s more!
Chris huffed aggressively, “I need to find a girl by tonight to help me with the hit and you're telling me right now you didn’t get me anyone?!”
There was an awkward and tense silence in between Chris’s sharp words. No one dared to say a word to him while he was angry.
One of Chris’s men bravely spoke up, “Sorry sir, everyone denied the deal even after being offered money.” Chris scrunched his face at the unfortunate news filling his ears.
“Well what am I supposed to do now?” He looked around the interior of the black car they were driving in.
Matt sitting right beside Chris spoke up almost as a joke “you could just kidnap a girl,” he mumbled. “I can’t just kidnap…” Chris paused and thought for a minute. He suddenly grew a mischievous grin on his face.
“Wait no I was joking,” Chris chuckled. “Too late bud my mind is already made…I’m gonna drop you off at the next block, gotta go get a girl.”
“Chris come on, you can’t be serious,”
“Oh I’m completely serious…this hit is important and if I don’t have a girl to use as a distraction then it all falls apart. So now I have no choice but to take a darker route of finding a girl.”
Matt was in pure shock his brother would ever do such a thing. He knew his brother was pretty cruel when it came to doing his job. But he didn’t know he was cruel enough to be willing to kidnap a stranger just for a hit. “Chris-“
“out now..I dont wanna have to ask you again.” Chris said sternly.
Matt quickly followed Chris’s ordered, still in disbelief Chris was actually doing this.
————————————————————————-
The ballet studios air was cold and soothing as Fiona carefully packed up her things getting ready to leave rehearsal. She slipped off her pointe shoes and placed them in her pastel pink duffel bag and zipped it up.
She put back on her ballet flats and said her goodbyes to everyone. She pushed the studio doors open and felt the fresh breeze pass by her as her hair twirled and her pink skirt danced in the wind. She took a deep breath and began to walk down the street.
Usually during this time the roads were busy, loud horns beeping, wheels squeaking, people yelling at each other through their windows.
But today seemed quiet, oddly quiet. Fiona didn’t think too much of it though, why would she?
Her delicates steps were the only thing making a sound. She didn’t mind it though since she’s been met with silence from a very young age.
Suddenly she heard a car driving by her, a black car, windows tinted, polished with no scratches, bumps or bruises. Fiona’s heart jumped for a moment but played it off as being too aware of her surroundings.
She kept her pace in the sidewalk, easily forgetting about the car. Until she spots it again coming the other way. She stops for a moment, confused. She gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe the driver was just a little bit out of it and that’s why he was driving on the wrong side of the road.
But when the big car stopped right next to her it became clear what was happening. Her instincts immediately kicked in and she started running as fast as she could.
She could hear fast footsteps right behind her, creepily catching up to her. Suddenly she felt strong arms grab her from behind. Her efforts to scream at the top of her lungs were shut down when this mysterious man covered her mouth with his hand.
She kicked, bit, and clawed at him trying to escape his cruelly harsh grasp. She muttered words but they came out distorted because of his hand. She was then abruptly thrown into the creepy black car she had an eerie gut feeling about earlier.
The muscular man then climbed in and shut the door. Fiona’s big doe eyes looked around, a bunch of big men surrounded her, weapons glued to their side. But there was one big man in particular that stuck out to her.
He had a nice suit on and looked way more polished and poised than the rest. Fiona could tell he intimated and slightly scared most of the men in the car. She couldn’t blame them though she found him pretty frightening too. Then the scary man finally spoke up, “what’s your name?”
Fiona stayed quiet, she usually didn’t talk much in general so in this situation her lips were sealed from fear. The man scoffed “I’ll ask you nicely one more time…what’s your name?”
Fiona took a deep breath a singular tear falling down her face. “Fiona…my name is Fiona,” she whispered.
The man leaned back, nodding with approval “Well Fiona I’m gonna make this very clear to you right now. Tonight you’re going to be my distraction for a hit I have planned downtown. What you’re going to see and hear tonight is serious and dangerous information. So listen to what I say, do what I say, and never ask questions beyond what I tell you.…or else.”
Fiona furrowed her brows, she didn’t understand what he meant by “hit” and though his terrifying words were suppose to scare her for some reason Fiona was more so intrigued than frightened. “Or else what?” Her delicate voice spoke up a little bit louder than before.
“Or else….ill kill you myself,” he firmly said as he cleaned the gun in his hand.
“So if I asked you what your name is you’d shot me right this moment?” Fiona innocently asked,
Chris looked confused for a second, usually when he’d speak to people like that they’d just nod and obey maybe even sometimes cry from fear. But this girl was different, she tested Chris, she spoke so softly yet so confidently and brave not even one of his men dared to speak to him like that. It oddly intrigued him more than he’d want to admit, but not in a butterflies and love at first sight manner more in a manipulative, controlling way.
“I suppose giving you my name wouldn’t be the worst thing…but any questions beyond that are off limits.” Chris sternly said,
“Alright then what’s your name?”
“Mr. Sturniolo,”
Fiona gave a little smile to his response which made Chris even more curious about this girl he pick up off the street. “No no I didn’t want your scary professional name…I wanted your real name.”
Chris scrunched his eyebrows “that is my real name,” “no it’s not…I would like to know your real authentic name if I’m going to help you with this “hit” of yours.”
Chris rolled his eyes, and raised his voice to a more harsh tone “it’s Chris but you are not allowed to call me that unless I tell you too. Only sir and Mr Sturniolo from now on.”
Fiona pouted, “alright…” her sorrow slightly growing after his cruel tone cut through her sensitive heart.
Fiona’s brain was still a little bit scattered one moment she’s walking home from ballet rehearsal and the next she’s kidnapped by a scary man in a suit.
