"You don't have to identify as trixic! Most nonbinary people use lesbian or queer!" Okay, but have you considered that not all enben want to do that?
Lesbian is a nice word that harbors a vital community, but as a self identifier it is sometimes too vague or leads to enben getting misgendered. Some enben don't feel connected to the lesbian community at all.
It's okay if other enben want to use more specific terminology. Moreover, it's okay if some enben would prefer if men and women that are interested in them used terms like maedic and adonic.
I don't know why some people are so allergic to the idea of wanting to describe themself in a more specific way. Trixic isn't even a microlabel. It's relatively popular and has a very basic definition.
I created this blog so that more people are aware of the term primlunic. I think it's a wonderful word that I personally use myself.
