It has been quite some time since I was impressed by @starbucksph reserve coffee offering. This Christmas blend with beans from Hacienda Alsacia really caught me off-guard. Wow! . Light zest unbelievably blended well with the pronounced cocoa notes upon hitting the tongue and leaves a full-bodied after taste. . Good zesty loses its potency at the 5th minute while spice and savory notes become pronouced at the 10th minute. . Leaves the tongue a bit dry. . Aroma is berry-like with distinct hints of sweetness combined with earthiness (kind of rain-like). . Taste is berries upon hitting the tongue with earthy hints as after taste.
