चीजी मैक्रोनी रेसिपी Cheese Macaronie Recipe
सामग्री
1 पैकेट मैकरोनी
2 क्यूब कॉटेज चीज
1 कप टोमैटो प्यूरी
4 टेबल स्पून टोमैटो सॉस
1/2 टेबल स्पून चिली सॉस
1 टेबल स्पून काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 टेबल स्पून अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट
नमक स्वादानुसार
तेल
विधि
एक पैन में पानी में थोड़ा सा घी डालकर मैकरोनी उबाल लें.
जब मैकरोनी उबल जाए तो इसे छन्नी में निकाल लें और इसके ऊपर ठंडा पानी डालकर छान लें और एक तरफ रख लें.
एक पैन में थोड़ा तेल डाल कर गरम करें और फिर इसमें अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालकर हल्का गुलाबी भून लें.
अब इसमें टमाटर प्यूरी डाल कर कुछ देर पकाएं और फिर इसमें चीज कस कर डाल दें.
तैयार मसाले में नमक, काली मिर्च, चिली सॉस और टोमैटो सॉस डालकर पकाएं.
अब तैयार पेस्ट में मैकरोनी डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं.
मैकरोनी को सर्विंग बॉउल या डिश में डालकर इसके ऊपर चीज डाल कर गरमागरम सर्व करें.
